I ordered a pair of shoes they ended up being to big and when I tried to return they wouldn’t respond to any of my emails or CALL ,I was waiting on the line for 15+ minutes with just ringing.Futher,if you live in Canada DO NOT ORDER ONLINE BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE ,just buy in store only.

Recently ordered trainers from this company sent me Nike 720 instead of the nike 270 already have the 720 and the ones I have been sent are fake the stitching on them are awful aswell as the gluing. Matched them with the ones I already have so many flaws removed the insoles and the stitching are different no code under insoles

I received the wrong size of shoes. I tried contacting the seller several times and never got any response. This is beyond frustrating even more so as it was my daughter's gift. Do not order from this company even if their prices are appealing.

I make order on sale 27 December and few days later all my orders was cancelled!!!! No more shopping in this s... Company!!!

Ordered Birkenstocks on 27 November in (NZ), shipped from UK with no mention this would happen or there could be delays. Said delivery time was 8-10 days, still not here on 30 December, tracing says the parcel reached nz on 7 December but has since not moved and no updates provided. They blame the courier but it smells like a giant scam. Look on Facebook JD Sports NZ, the reviews are scathing. Wish I had read them first, do not buy from them, worst service ever mainly because they continue to lie like all scam artists.

Placed the order 10 day ago. I received an email saying that they have cancelled my order with no explanation why. Complete waste of time.

The company has ZERO customer service. No response to calls, voice-mails or emails. They sent the hat with a store security buzzer still on it. I have been reaching out for 3 weeks and NOBODY has acknowledged my complaint. It's worth paying a couple of bucks more somewhere else, with GUARANTEED customer service. Also ordered a pair of pants on Dec 6th, despite the website saying it will be shipped out within 5 to 7 days. it JUST shipped out yesterday.....

Ordered on the 25/11/22 STILL not received my parcel.??????? NO HELP out there at ALL. Tried Everything Got NOTHING STILL WAITING.. All I want now is my Money back.. Parcel been on its way since 25/11.. JOKE.😡

I use to buy stuff from for few years ,what can I say, comparative with other retail sports they provide good quality.

Sent a tracksuit or was supposed to be only sent the top No bottem double checked defo a tracksuit rang them only for them to say send it back to await refund but by the time I get a refund that’s if I do was out of stock absolutely rubbish it was a Christmas present good job he tried it on because I normally just wrap up how disappointed he would of been Christmas Day not the only time they made a big mistake

I made my payment on 29th October, it was dispatched 4 days after and it arrived 5 days after.

The quality is amazing, new in its original plastic bag and already with more than 50% discount and it was even possible to add 22% discount more.

Wrong item sent, not once but twice.
Ordered large Lacoste sweatshirt and was sent an extra large (packaging also open). At my inconvenience returned the item via Evri and waited nearly 2 weeks for refund. In the meantime ordered sweatshirt again and was yet AGAIN was sent an extra large. Customer services response was “please check stock next time you order as item is in high demand”. Absolutely awful response. Do not order online from this company.

Order was late and package was damaged. The parcel was also suppose to be tracked but i didn’t get a tracking number.

TOOK THEM 8 DAYS FOR SOMETHING I COULD HAVE BOUGHT IN AN OUTLET!!

Ordered a PSG junior training shirt. 9-10 yrs - was too small for a slender 9yr old. Look into that please JD Sport!! Returned it- waiting for my refund. Ordered a larger size. It arrived today only a couple of days after I ordered. Very speedy. I hope it fits my 9yrold grandson. I also hope I get my money back for the smaller size. I think the return postage was very expensive as it was addressed to Sweden which is very close to me- 109kr. My grandson is excited to get the right size and it was a spot on gift. He's very happy with it. I think I've been given good service all the way thru ( just waiting on my refund). No hassles -

I read the reviews on here before placing my order but I went ahead and ordered anyway as really wanted some trainers off their website. Placed the order on Saturday and i have just received an email saying that they have cancelled my order with no explanation why. Complete waste of time.

Jd is by far the worst company for online orderering

And stealing their customers money

please do not be fooled by the response from jd it is just the same team wanting me to fill out a form for the package they lost
The online reviews team try there best to trick review readers into thinking they care well trust me the response is as usefull as chocolate teapot

This company have the worst distance sellers policy around

They use evri who just leave parcels on the open roadside all day

when you arrive home all excited to find your parcel missing you would expect the retailer to put things right

But no not jd

They require you to fill in a form

This form requires you to either print it out cause everyone have printers duh
Or purchase a subscription to adobe pdf viewer

This in itself is unlawfull under distance sellers regulations let alone an absolute disgusting tactic to use

I didnt book the courier and i disnt ask the courier to leave the parcel outside in full view of the world

The customer service use this form to try and remove the responsabilty from themselves
And is all they will blah on about

We have a set of laws called the distance sellers laws which they seem to think they can ignore

Even one star is not deserve by this website. I placed an order twice and they cancelled it both for unknown reason. Their website is so unreliable. I ask them via email why my orders got cancelled they just told me that they can't provide the item I ordered and still waiting for the delivery. But when I check the product in their website it is still there and complete size available. I mean it's OK but the processing of refund is so much hassle. It will not be credited back at your bank account in just snap of finger. Sometimes you need file a dispute in order to get the refund. FRUSTRATING, ANNOYING and INCOMPETENT.

I don't recommend ordering in this website but if you want headache, go ahead.
