This is about the product, no issues with the company.

Glitter wall covering is not something you will find at a diy shed. The recommendations is to use a professional decorator. I decided to hang this myself having used the product before, and have been hanging wall coverings since a 10 year old, helping my dad. the instructions recommended using a high-grade premix adhesive which I did, and to change blades on my Stanley knife after every cut, which I also also did. The product is a pig to hang but looks the dogs dangling bits. A happy customer.

Some advice is that the 7P principal really applies, I spent more time preparing the walls than actually hanging the product.

Do not buy from this company, my paper was faulty with black marks running through it. I sent photos of the fault, they said it wasn’t a manufacturing fault, which it certainly was. Over a 4 week period I have had an horrendous time, they eventually agreed to take it back and arranged for it to be picked up. I contacted them by email and they said the courier said they called to pick it up but it wasn’t ready, which was untrue as they commented on how well it had been packed. I have cameras on my house and had to send evidence of them picking it up with the van registration. They said the courier couldn’t find it and wasn’t prepared to give me a refund until they received it. I said it was between them and the courier. I have sent nearly 30 emails more or less begging for them to refund me and to answer my emails as there is no phone number. Outrageous, if I hadn’t have had my cameras they wouldn’t have refunded me. At last I received my refund after I more or less begged and saying I would take this further, absolutely appalling and disgraceful.

Poor Communication
You would think buying expensive wallpaper would mean you get a good service. My order did not turn up and was sent to another customer. When it did turn up it was hanging out the open tube and missing items. They are slow to respond via email and no one ever answers the phone.
