Audi deal gone badly...

WATCH OUT! We bought a car of this dealer for a fix price - that car should be in "perfect condition". However, when we received the car by transport, the sway bar was defected and the car had an unpleasant sound when steering... On top of that, the car needed a service. Again, they insisted on selling for a fix price and now I am left with a bill for 5.000 euros!... They refuse to acknowledge any responsibility, and claim the car was in good condition before transport... Easy to say, but transport can't damage a sway bar only and making the car need a service... Bad, bad service...

VW Autohaus Glinicke Kassel

We had a UK VW Passat LC13NLF, towed to VW Autohaus Glinicke, Kassel, (Autohaus Hessenkassel GmbH & Co), 5 days later they managed to find the vehicle after contacting them, we assumed the cam belt had gone , this was confirmed 12 days later with a exclamation we would require a new engine, The cam belt had been changed by a company in the UK they agreed to collect the vehicle that weekend however Autohaus Glincke have never replied to the request they send as a bill for 650 euros for making the inspection which was paid immediately with our question, the vehicle has now disappeared so we have had to report the vehicle stolen with the German Police. We would warn any potential customers so stay well clear from this dealer as they are nothing but Liars & Crooks!! , There customers service is non existent and there phone numbers do not work as a company director i have never delt with such a useless organisation ever. There representitive was Marc Andre Heer.
