Excellent service and great product at a reasonable price.

We chose next day delivery, we ordered the wheelchair in the evening so it arrived in two days in the morning. I had emails to confirm the arrival time. It arrived in a big box but my husband had no problem with it. The wheelchair is very comfortable. I had a similar style of wheelchair before and it takes a bit of getting used to along pavements.

The chair itself is really comfortable and we were really thrilled with it. The unfortunate thing is that we paid extra to have it delivered on a Saturday and it did not arrive. The Company apologised and returned the £30 we paid for this delivery. My husband who has died since would have been able to sit in the chair on the Saturday but was unable to use the chair afterwards because his health had deteriorated.

It's a shame but the wheelchair had a fault when it was delivered. I chose to have a refund rather than a replacement.

I WOULD, I ORDERED A LOMOND BED AND MATTRESS FOR MY DAD WHEN HE WAS DUE OUT OF HOSPITAL, THE MAN ON THE PHONE WAS REALLY HELPFUL AS I WAS HOPING MY DAD WAS DOMING OUT QUICKLY.
UNFORTUNATLY MY FATHER HAD COMPLICATIONS AND PASSED IN HOSPITAL, I RANG GLEBE AND THE LADY WAS ABSOLUTLY AMAZING, SHE STOPPED THE DELIVERY STRAIGHT AWAY AND REFUNDED MY MONEY.
I CAN NOT THANK THIS COMPANY ENOUGH AND WHEN ALL IS SORTED WITH MY FATHER I AM GOING TO ORDER A BED FOR MY MUM, BUT AT THE MOMENT SHE IS STRUGGLING WITH THE LOSS AND WANTS TO KEEP OLD BED AT THE MOMENT

Got off to a bad start with the website not being very clear about VAT exemption, but was sorted out. Delivery earlier than expected, well pleased.

Had massive issues with DPD refusing to deliver husbands crutches but the folks at Glebe sorted replacement and made the whole process easy. Thank you

I rang this company on 29/06/23 to discuss the Dietz Taima Rollator. I have a balance problem and need a rollator to help me get around. My present rollator although good is not the easiest over ruts on the country walk or beach (sand or pebbles), I believe that the Dietz will help me regain far more fully my freedom. It has pneumatic 12” wheels seems very well balanced and caused me no problems going over our gravel path or the steps!!
On ringing Glebe Healthcare, the help I received was outstanding and when I ordered said rollator was told that it probably wouldn’t arrive till 4/07/23; which was fine. However much to my surprise and joy it arrived just 2 hours ago today the 3/07/23. Huge thanks are due to the gentleman I spoke to last Thursday and the warehouse who got the delivery process working. Not forgetting the delivery driver who put the parcel in our hallway for us.
This is the kind of shopping experience that is truly exceptional. Thank you Glebe Health Care for having such exceptional staff.

Great service from Glebe healthcare, very prompt delivery of mobility scooter and after a slight issue found, glebe picked it back up and fixed it, sending it back to me within 3 day, would highly recommend using this company.

Glebe Healthcare are the best for customer service and communication. They actually answer the phone which makes a huge difference and sorted my delivery which arrived the same day. I purchased a Dash Rehab Z fold rollator. It is fabulous with strong parking brakes and other useful accessories, and very easy to put together without tools. It was much less expensive than two others which I have, and have been a problem. Their customer services were awful and told me to take the rollator to a bike shop. Had only had it 6 months.

Poor customer service
Ordered a Solax folding scooter, it promptly arrived and worked fine apart from a fault with the steering, they offered to send replacements, but these were from another scooter. They confessed they can order parts, but they have no access to service manual or parts list, since they refused to supply. Any registered dealer would have this, so what sort of firm is this. ?My client wanted same scooter ,but now they wont supply Avoid this outfit>

I have had the best of service from the staff at Glebe Healthcare, everytime i have emailed them either Tara or Joshua have responded very quickly and professionally, i am 100% delighted with my automatic folding mobility scooter.

i purchased a shoprider cadiz mobility scooter , tara hurst was amazing and so helpful , kind polite and caring , she really is a credit to this company....it has made my life so much better i am just not existing i am also now living . this scooter cost on amazon £3149 but on glebe it cost me £1794 it drives like a dream .that's a huge saving. so thankyou tara for all your help and also thanks to lee the delivery driver who was wonderful and helpful ......amazing

The Glebe Sales Admin team have been super helpful from the moment my husband placed the order. He had initially set the delivery up for an incorrect address of Close instead of Chase but this was soon rectified and we were contacted very quickly with a delivery date of the 25 April when we hadn’t expected the scooter to be in stock so soon due to it being on a back order. Tara in Glebe’s Sales Admin team has been particularly helpful as she went out of her way to help find a suitable rain canopy for the scooter. Which will become a purchase for another time, We haven’t yet assembled the scooter for my Mum but intend to do so this weekend. I’m very hopeful that this will help provide her with the independence she craves, allowing her to visit the cemetery which we struggle with due to her mobility issues and will also stop me banging her into doorways when I push her in a wheelchair. The price of the scooter with Glebe as the supplier has definitely made it more affordable as a family to purchase this for her and we are hopeful this will last her many years to come.

I needed to purchase a power chair for my Mum for occasional use (so I didn’t need an all singing/dancing model) I spotted the ´Dashi Eco on Glebe’s website which looked perfect for our needs and was £600 cheaper than anywhere else online but I wanted to check a few things first. I called Glebe and spoke to Josh first who was incredibly helpful. Long story short, to use the chair in the way me and my mum needed to use it required an ‘optional accessory called an ´ Attendant Bracket’ which the chair didn’t come with. It was at this point Tara took over the sale and ordered the optional accessory direct from the manufacturer (at no additional cost) Delivery was prompt and communication was excellent throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Glebe again as the service was perfect - and both me and my Mum are delighted with the chair!

Very straightforward with no problems!
First of all, we did NOT buy our Dash e-fold electric wheelchair from Glebe Healthcare. Support from who we bought has been dreadful.
So I approached Glebe.
We needed a fairly obscure part. I submitted a photo of the part to Glebe, who sourced the part at a low price.
It was delivered within a few days, and I was able to fit it simply, to get the wheelchair functional again in North Cornwall. Perfect.
