I ordered six items Dec 3, 2025 and I received 2 on Dec. 23 and the other four items still not received and the tracking system says it was 30 miles from my address on Dec. 23 and today Dec. 27 says it is 1000 miles from my house and not expected until Dec. 29. Very SLOW delivery and very poor shipping and tracking. Will never order from this company again.
These products are poorly made. Went through 3 chains after all organically broke during everyday wear. Returned the product and was not given a full refund because “the price of gold increased”. The customer service, while kind, is a joke and no way to run a business. I will never support this business again.

Pretty, but the pendant was really dirty, especially on the back and the side. The polish cloth was completely black after cleaning it.
