I completed an order for a micro diamond tennis necklace & bracelet set for about $100. I then ordered a white gold micro rope necklace & matching bracelet & put it in my cart for a future order. I received the white gold micro rope necklace & matching bracelet instead of the micro diamond tennis necklace & bracelet.
My wife told me that she had a similar experience. You guys keep telling me that my order was correct when I k own what I originally ordered.
My order is beautiful & I refuse to pay to return the item so I guess I’m stuck with it, but I will not be buying from you guys again & neither will my wife.

Quality problem
I was very excited about my jewelry until it arrived , upon my it’s arrival I noticed the bracelet was very stiff like it needs wd-40 it only took me to try it on for the cross to fall off because of how the product didn’t want to take shape around my wrist ;it felt more forced trying to put it on even though it’s the correct size of my wrist
