Very disappointed after receiving a pallet of the glass bottles. No delivery time given, no tracking. The bottles arrived on a pallet, 10 rows of about 500 in each row. No easy way of unpacking the entire pallet unless emptying each and every row into another crate or box for storage from the rain and elements while the pallet falls apart from cheap cardboard holding it together.
Only a single plastic cover around.

Just about to use bottles this morning and to find out that the lids do not have an inner plastic seal to prevent leakage. Cold and hot liquid seems to pour out immediately.

Feeling stressed out and very upset with purchase. And through all of this payment was made upfront cash but very poor delivery on the companies part.

Really Bad Experience, Sent half of the order (without lids). Really hard to talk with them. Customer service do not have access to order numbers as they cannot find your order.

Can anyone get in touch with me regarding my order? I’ve contacted you multiple times. It’s been 3 weeks now and I’ve still not received anything. Appalling service!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! KAREN IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE BUSINESS OWNER IVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. ORDERED 5 SAMPLE JARS AND THEY CAME IN A RIPPED FOXS SWEET BOX. JARS WERE DIVIDED WITH CUT OUTS OF CRISP AND ALCHOL BOXES. POORLY PACKAGED. ALL OF THE JARS HAVE INDENTS AND MARKS ON THEM APART FROM ONE AND THE BOTTOM OF ALL JARS HAVE MANUFACTURING DEFECTS. TRIED TO SAY THERE WAS “ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG WITH THEM” IF I COULD SHOW YOU WHAT THEY LOOK LIKE, YOU’D BE APPALLED! SHE LETS HER PERSONAL EGO GET IN THE WAY TOO MUCH FOR A BUSINESS OWNER. ASKED FOR A REFUND AND SHE SAID SHE’LL ONLY REFUND FUNDS FOR THE JARS AND NOT THE DELIVERY ( DELIVERY COST MORE THAN THE 5 JARS) THIS BUSINESS IS VIOLATING THE CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT 2015 AND HAS BEEN REPORTED TO THE TRADING STANDARDS. NOW SHE IS IGNORING ME BECAUSE SHE KNOWS IM RIGHT. IVE HAD TO CONTACT MY BANK FOR A REFUND. TRUST ME, THE JARS MAY BE CHEAP BUT IT BECAUSE OF THE QUALITY, CHOOSE FROM THE OTHER HUNDREDS OF JAR COMPANIES OUT THERE AND DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. FOR A BUSINESS THAT IS £20,000 IN DEBT AND MAKING £1,000 PROFIT A YEAR, NO WONDER SHE DOESN’T WANT TO REFUND ME (QUICK SEARCH ON THE COMPANIES HOUSE WEBSITE) I WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THIS COMPANY. Good quality jars, dimensions as expected, packed safely and sent quickly. Thank you.

Bought some 55ml hexagonal jars for wedding favours - they arrived promptly and very well packed.
Good value, good service, exactly what I was looking for.
