My glasses were lost by Evri. Contacted glasses 2 You who immediately cancelled my order and refunded my money. Then Evri found my glasses and delivered them but as I’d cancelled my order glasses2you kindly returned my glasses in a soft case and a lovely letter. Will be returning them to be re-glazed this week but not via Evri.

Needs a new prescription and liked my existing frames. Decided to opt for re-glazing from glasses2 you as , when options decided, was quoted less than half the price of my local opticians. Followed the advice and returned glasses are just brilliant, service was brilliant too. Will definitely use again when neede. Many thanks to glasses2you….keep it up

I have to say the glasses I got from this company are excellent, the only glitch was with the order they got wrong but they did correct it. Customer service was excellent, but I can't really give 5*, perhaps next time!

Great service. Glasses are great and as described. Equally as good as my prescription ones from a well known high street vendor! Took a little longer than I expected to get them but all good in the end.Will definitely use again and highly recommended.

It was easy to order and the glasses are are very good.

Armed with a new prescription from my eye test, I decided I needed varifocals for driving. Distance was still pretty good, but reading things on the dashboard and screen was now blurry! I really liked my sunglasses, so looked at options to put new lenses in them matched to my prescription. There are plenty of companies that offer this, and all offer various lenses, tinting, discounts, etc. and after comparing a few I chose Glasses2You. I filled in the online form and uploaded my prescription to back up what I’d completed. Paid online and sent my sunglasses off special delivery. The next day I received confirmation that they had arrived and would be worked on straight away. Just over a week later, I received my sunglasses back with my varifocal prescription lenses in and wow, they are perfect! Great for summer driving, and generally wearing where i want see distance, but also look at my phone too. I’d have absolutely no hesitation in using Glasses2you again.

Easy process although PD returned three different readings, sent old glasses for new lenses and they took PD from old lenses, worked fine. Good quality
