We have enjoyed working with with Glass for nearly 10 years. During that period there have been many changes to the algorithm. Glass have always navigated these well and we are very happy with the growth we have seen as a result.

We employed Glass Digital to work on 2 projects (SEO and Affliate Marketing). The SEO work was a one off piece of work that when delivered was thin and totally ineffectual. Unfortunately the affiliate marketing work required a 12 month contract which we had to negotiate a break clause at 6 months. After 4 months however it was very apparent that either the work was not being carried out or that it was simply not working so we asked for an immediate break. Glass Digital however insisted on billing for an additional 2 months even though they were well aware they were adding no value.

I was a Glass Digital customer for about 18 months, paying a few thousand a month for SEO and left after we agreed that they could not improve our rankings.

I got cold called and got sold the SEO dream, and after 3,9,12 months when none of the targets had been reached, (not even close) i should have moved on.
I done my bit, went down to their offices, met the team, went for strategy meetings, kept thm in the loop, we wrote a lot of content for them we done a fair bit of the work ourselves.

The team were good at the start and my pet hate happened when i got passed over to a junior team member (alarm bells should have rang then), but it was ok as J**e was overseeing the work.
At a meeting further down the line, asking where J**e was, i found out that Jade has left a good while ago and not been replaced, i was then paying that kind of money for junior team members with no experience in this field and with no supervision.
I checked out the team members profiles on linkedin and there was no SEO experince, straight out of Uni, and still learning the ropes with Glass Digital which is fine as we all need to learn the ropes somewhere, just not the main person on my account.

In fairness to them work was carried out, but none of what they done led to even close to the agreed results.
Glass digital were responsive all through the process, and when results were not coming in, they agreedto do more work for same price, but this had no real affect.
Currently paying less than half and getting much better results (see my other reviews).

After a few disappointing experiences with SEO companies we were hesitant of giving it another go, after speaking with the people at Glass Digital we realised they had the expertise and experience to do the job,

We signup up for SEO initially and saw some great results within the first few months so handed over our PPC as well. We’ve been very happy with the level of technical knowledge, communication and visibility they’ve given us along with seeing a strong return on investment even in the early stages of our campaign.

Great SEO service and i was introduced to CRO( conversion rate optimisation) by this company as never heard of it before. These guys are really pro-active as we are used to dealing with reactive companies in the past. At first it felt like they were being too hands on, but in the end we understood that being prompt and precise is the best way to stay on top of the ever evolving world of Search Engine Marketing. They aren't the cheapeast but you get what you pay for and that is achieving good ROI focused results... Would strongly recommend.
