Hi Nanu, We've investigated this matter, this was delayed due to Royal Mail as per tracking from Royal Mail indicates. This was delivered to your uni accommodation hub which would then require you to collect it from their reception. We have also issued you a refund for this order.

When items only available in store, staffs are quite helpful and i still managed to get the products I wanted and sent it to me by post. Any queries just message them via chat in their website and you’ll get an answer less than 24hrs!!Very fast delivery. Will definitely be buying again!! 5-6 star rating it is for me!!!
