Honest company. Will do business with them again
I have used several companies to trade in old laptops and smartphones, and almost all of them cut the estimated price by claiming dead batteries or other damages (sometimes by more than 50%) even though I did all the tests myself. Gizmogo is the only company that did not cut the estimated price. Instead, they raised the price from the estimate, as they noticed that the old laptop is worth more than I initially estimated. I wish all companies could be as honest as Gizmogo. Needless to say, Gizmogo will be my go-to place for trading in my old electronics in the future.

Gives you a good price and gets your money to you fast
After a disastrous experience with another cell phone buyer, I decided to try Gizmogo as they listed the best price for my used phone. I sent my phone in and was not impressed with the offer, it was a little too low in my opinion. I called customer support, did not have to wait by a couple of minutes. The rep asked me what I would be happy with. I gave her a price four dollars less than the original price. She asked to put me on hold, came back in a minute and advised that the money had been sent via PayPal. I told her that was fast. She asked is she could help with anything else. I said no, I was happy. By the time I signed into PayPal, the money was there. I would recommend Gismogo.com.

WATCH OUT!! Claim that the package was open and missing 2 of the 3 phones!!
Shipped three phones to this company Gizmogo (13771 Norton Ave, Chino, CA 91710) because my wife, myself and daughter got three new ones. Company sends me a video that they only received 1 phone because they claimed that the box was delivered open. I verified with Fedex that they would not deliver an opened box - they tried to say that Fedex meant "wide open". Why would you receive an open box as a business and open yourself to liability?! Also - why wouldn't the thief steal all three phones?? They must really think people are suckers.
I think they are keeping the phones and then having people file claims so they can double dip. I have already contacted the Federal Trade commision and will contact the state attorney's general as well.
UPDATE - FedEx is already issuing a check. This place had the guts to send me stills of video taken from when they received the package from FedEx and from when they processed my package at their facility and it clearly shows that IT WAS TAPED UP!! Confirms that they STOLE my phones and lied to me.

The package arrived with only the top side sealed, while the bottom side was not taped properly—it was simply folded into an X-pattern. We found only one phone inside. The recording was sent to the customer.
We immediately initiated an investigation with FedEx, who has acknowledged responsibility for the missing devices and is processing a reimbursement.
