If you could find any tuna … you won a Mercedes!! Honestly the skimpiest toastie I’ve ever had.

Very expensive and revolting cold food at Heathrow Terminal 5. My daughter had pizza that was tiny and I had a gold and blue burger, the burger didn’t come anything like what the menu stated, cold, tasteless, soggy over cooked and way to small especially for almost £19 Utter disgrace and is a total rip off. Very disappointed.
Giraffe at Heathrow T5 was reliable as ever. Good varied menu, prompt service, enjoyable breakfast. One of the few good parts of the airport experience. Thanks to Robert who looked after me.
Disappointing. There was one waitress who was smiling and friendly - she’s the one who earned the stars. The others were surly or just ignored us. It was a long time before we were served. The food was awful. The chicken dish had such chemically tasting source it was almost inedible, plus it was cold. All the dishes came at different times. I had finished mine before my friend’s dish arrived. The Giraffe we went to is opposite Westminster Pier so it’s in a beautiful, buzzing area. It was meant to be a birthday treat for my grandson but the experience was just a disappointment. I won’t go back again.
A very noisy place, however lovely service from Amanda who was very service minded, smiling and she’s the readon it got four stars. The food and seating was ok.
