Waited 10 weeks, sent a few emails. Now disputing the charge. Horrible!!! I waited years before ordering... wish I never did.

Do not buy from these people. They took my money and never sent me my boots and never responded to messages. Id give them 0 stars if I could.

I would actually like to retract my good review from before. Yes I did buy a pair of boots and yes, they are very nice, but I have been trying to get a hold of her, but having absolutely no luck at all. Honestly, if you don’t want negative reviews, maybe you need to work on your customer service a little bit more. The product is nice, but I’m trying to reach out to you by email, Instagram, Facebook, clearly you have no interest in doing business with anyone.

This place is an absolute scam. I’ve been waiting since August 2025 for my boots. I got custom boots. Really they were an ankle pair of another pair she already has in stock. Only way to reach out is email, WhatsApp and Facebook. She only responds to WhatsApp, unless you are talking about buying, then all platforms. At first, I reached out to tell her exactly what I wanted over email for the custom boots. She would respond within a day or two. Then, when things started to go awry, I had to switch to WhatsApp (cause she stopped responding to emails) and it turned to a 5-10 day wait period. And much longer if I didn’t reach out consistently. When reaching out over a problem with an order, she took long periods of time to respond. When she did reply, she only came up with excuses each time and eventually stopped responding. I’ve been in communication with her since October 2025 over the boots’ status. She said stuff like, “the process just takes that long”, “there is so many people on the list”, “making a single pair of boots differently will take time to get to”, and “there is no updates on those shoes”. By January, I decided maybe the boots I ordered were too much, so I changed the order to a boot SHE offered ME that was in stock. I told her which ones I wanted and she came up with more excuses after she took forever to respond. By February I got a response after me going off and questioning if this was a scam. She agreed to change the boots to the item I wanted in stock and will send them next week. The next day, the website went from saying my order was processing to my order being lost. Also she didn’t send them the next week. So I started to reach out about that. She then would message me with a bunch of excuses like she’s moving and saying it’s too late to respond (she for some reason kept replying at midnight her time which I assume is Ibiza Spain based on her Facebook) and she’ll do it the next day, even though she had the whole day to respond. She never responded the next day btw. This happened a couple times. I had to keep reminding her to message me. Eventually I snapped and said I’ll stay up till midnight just to remind her to respond to me the next day if she’s going to message me so late her time. Which she finally responded 2 weeks later and said, “I’m moving places and I’m not able to respond at midnight, sorry” as if I asked her to. I asked for a refund and questioned if she was a scammer again. I guess that got her because by the end of February, I got a video she sent me of the boots saying she will mail me those boots next week. Next week I asked if she did and asked for a refund again, and she said yes, they’ve been sent. She then said I will have customs or a mail service reach out to me very soon and she will reach out if anyone contacts her. I asked for the tracking number within minutes of her responding, it even showed she read my message, and got no response. It’s been a couple weeks now since then and she has refused to speak with me, read my messages, give me a refund or a tracking number. It’s March. Definitely been over two weeks. I’ve officially been ghosted. If they sent, I can’t pay customs cause I have no information and no one has reached out to me. I get the feeling she never mailed me the boots honestly. Don’t do it. If you read her FaceBook and Instagram, everything after the December posts are people asking for a response over the status of their items and complaining about the poor boot quality. Some claiming not getting a pair of boots for two years. A lot of them reached out to their banks to get their money back. Plus a lot of them got similar responses I got. Unfortunately for me, even though my bank agreed this was fraudulent, I used debit and it’s very hard to get your money back if you use that. And on top of that, even if you are lucky enough to get the boots, they are such bad quality. I managed to get a pair from another order I got (long before I ordered this this current pair I will never get), and they practically fell apart at the soles day one when I went to a renfaire. I saw similar comments from people on her instagram saying this as well. All I did was walk in them. They are pitched to be for festivals. They aren’t worth the money. I read other reviews from this website as well. Turns out she goes through periods of selling shoes and not giving people the shoe they paid for. There was a comment back from 2022 stating this. It makes sense. I don’t know how she is still able to run a business like this, but it makes a lot more sense now why the boots are consistently being discounted and you can’t rate them or leave reviews of them on her website.

I ordered boots October 24, 2025. It is now January 7th and still nothing. I tried emailing, no response. My GipsyDharma account says “paid” and order “unfulfilled”. I tried to dispute the transaction and lost. I’ve been searching the internet thinking it’s just me and only found two other people on this website who ordered around the same time, similar issues.

If I could give less that a one star I would. I ordered my boots in October 2025. I waited the time that was shown on the order page. (6-12 weeks, ordered and shipped) 14 weeks later I have not received my boots. I sent an email and a facebook message. The email that is on their webpage does not work. I had to send another email to the address that was attached to my receipt email. Still no answer. I have not had an answer to my facebook message either. We all know that these boots are not cheap to save up for a pair and not get them is not only heartbreaking but infuriating. I will go to my bank and see if I can reverse the charges. My birthday treat to myself is now out the window.

I have ordered from this company in the past and was satisfied. I have checked multiple times to ensure I was using the legitimate website and I was. I ordered a $180 jacket in October 2025 it is now December and I have not received the product. The first email I got a quick text from an Yulia Murray ensuring I would have tracking that week. Serval weeks went by with no tracking. I sent multiple other emails with no response or tracking. In the beginning of December I disputed the charge with my bank and all of sudden had a tracking number from correos all in another language saying it was delivered on Nov 28th. I was supposed to have a DHL tracking number and this item was never delivered. Complete scam !

Still waiting on an order from August 2025. I made 2 orders. Received one and to be fair it was a really nice pair of boots. The other order was 2 skirts which I am still waiting on one of them. The one that was sent while beautiful was not the one I ordered. I have messaged several times and the sellar is very unempathetic and tells a sob story of waiting on suppliers and how some customers are happy and wait 8 months. Since my order the particular leather is still available to be purchased on her site ( if it can be purchased still why do I not have my order ) I also checked last month and there was new items in the leather I have ordred and paid for which are now off the site again. Would love to actually recieve what I ordered after waiting so long. Will start legal proceeding. Items that are not available should not be on the site to be sold and take peoples moneys without giving them their orders. If you cant manage the business , do something else and be honest with people. 7 months and no item?? other reviews where people dont get them. I feel conned and embarassed but hopefully this will stop others being conned.

Seller was responsive when i was asking questions about the product prior to purchase. Once i checked out, the product was never received and the seller ghosted. THIS IS SCAM. I think gypsy dharma used to be a legit brand at one point but hasn't been in a long time. Now a total scammer owns the site and facebook page.

Unfortunately this seller wants more money after the sale is complete. Hopefully I'll get my money back. Horrible customer service.

Customer service is spotty with this company, to be nice about it. I ordered boots and received them, but unfortunately there is a defect in one of the soles that makes it uncomfortable to wear even with an insole. The owner promised she'd send another pair, then she completely ghosted me even though I offered to pay for shipping. I've emailed many times with no reply. I doubt I'll ever get a replacement pair and I don't know if I can make the pair of boots I bought work. I ordered them for my wedding, so it's extra disappointing.

The boots are beautiful, the leather is gorgeous and buttery soft, but that doesn't help when the sole makes it difficult to walk. This company would do so much better with a dedicated customer support person. I believe the issue is Yulia is trying to it all, but sadly by not responding to customer issues she's losing business. I would have loved to buy more items from her but it's been three months since she promised to send a replacement pair and she hasn't responded to my emails. I've basically given up.

The most beautiful boots ever, totally in love 🥰 really soft n ultra comfy.. I wore them all weekend at a festival n not only did they look really stylish but was very comfortable , danced all weekend with my beautiful boots on, thank you 😊🥳🥰

I love my boots! They're beautifully made, really good quality and comfortable. I wasn't sure which size to get so as I was getting three pairs, one for my daughter and two for me. I got one of them a half size up from normal and the other, one size up from my usual, they both work fine, I think that if I'd got my usual shoe size they would have been a bit too tight. They took a while to get to me but that was because Yulia had sold out of some of the ones I'd ordered, I'd bought them in the after Christmas sale. She was easy to contact on WhatsApp and she picked me out some that were in stock. I paid some extra postage and they arrived within a week.

I've been ordering from Gispy Dharma for many years now, I love how unique her stuffs is. I have black and white boots, I have a black, brown, red and white bolero jackets from her, love them all. I can dress them rock style, hippie style, wear them all years long. I've been to some rock concert where they spotted me because of my cool jackets 😎
Quality is amazing, the leather is so soft, give it a try, you'll come back for more like me :)

I absolutely love love love the boots! The quality and craftsmanship are superb. I was very worried about the fit on my slim long legs but they fit like a glove! Postage was £40 but they came by DHL within a week of placing the order! Beautifully packaged too. Honestly I highly recommend this brand and Yulia - just make sure you order through the official website and you won't be disappointed I promise.

I was a bit hesitant to order after reading some of the reviews but thought I’d chance it anyway. I’m so glad I did!! The boots are beautiful and wonderfully made. Delivery was really fast as well, they were shipped from overseas (I’m in the uk) so I was thinking they’d take ages to arrive, but they arrived the same week. Wonderful:)

I am extremely impressed. Not only was Yulia Incredibly professional, Her product is unmatchable. I live in the middle of Canada and there’s literally literally nowhere that I could ever get boots like this. They are super comfortable and the leather is very nice. She uses real materials and that’s why they are a little pricey, which is totally understandable. I ordered my boots last Monday and they’re already here only one week later. The only downside is that she goes through DHL, which tends to have a lot of red flags but honestly, I had almost no problems. The only thing I was really shocked by the fact that I had to pay an extra $80 for duty, but that’s not Yulia’s fault. She is only the merchant. And of course, if you’re shipping something overseas, then you’re going to have extra charges. This should come as no surprise. I was looking up the reviews for DHL and they aren’t good, but I think that a lot of the problems there are that people are not paying for the duty and that there’s just a lot of miscommunication. If you follow the instructions and you do everything right then there’s no reason that you can’t get a good product delivered to you. I mean, just use your common sense. Looks wise, the boots match exactly what is on the website. I kind of wish I could post a picture on here, but I’ll just post one on her Facebook page if I can!!

Absolutely amazing boots! Vibrant colors, soft material. I ordered hard soles and was worried they would be hard to break in, but they weren't! Owner communicates quickly and clearly when contacted. Her website is the only place to buy them though, anywhere else is a knockoff!
