It has been a week that Im trying to get an update about my package which was returned to them by PostNL, who funny enough, are also useless.
Not a single reply from their side after spending +100€. I have never seen anything like it, I don’t have my order, nor my money and they simple don’t care. Super professional!!

Long delivery times and poor customer service
I ordered a package 18 days ago. According to the email, it should have been shipped 12 days ago, but I still haven't received anything. I tried to contact the customer service, but I haven't received a response. I doubt I'll ever receive my package. Very poor service. I wouldn't order from here again, since you don't get anything delivered.

After a month of waiting..
I placed an order on 19 August and received a message a few days later that the order was delayed. On 25 August, the delivery was registered (as shown in the tracking link). Another two weeks passed, during which I repeatedly tried to contact customer service, while the tracking link continued to show only “registered on 25 August.” After weeks of generic, automated replies, I finally found out that, according to Gina Tricot and Budbee, the order had supposedly been delivered on 28 August.
We are now well past mid-September, and the tracking link still shows only “registered on 25 August.” Customer service is blaming me for not picking up the items. While I was refunded for the products, I was still charged the delivery fee. There was no apology whatsoever.
3.90 euros is not a large sum, but it is absolutely unacceptable to blame a customer for a company’s own mistakes.

Made an order (number 14408418.) for a gift card 14th sept. By 19th sept the gift card was still not delivered. Called the store but they could not help as they are not in sync with online orders. Had to disappoint a good friend whose birthday was on the 20th. Oh, I was welcome to go the store to buy another card then claim back my money from the online store.

Have not received my order
Ordered on the 4th of September, now we are the 17th of September and my order has not arrived. Received the ‘order has shipped’ email on the 9th of September but there has been no updates since and the parcel hasn’t reached PostNL yet. I’ve emailed to inquire on the status but no one responds and you only get a generic email stating that delivery times are currently taking longer than usual. My concern is that there has been zero movement for over a week, so I have emailed them asking if the parcel could possibly be lost but no response. I emailed on Friday and we are Wednesday now and no communication from this company. It seem they don’t have their customer service properly in place and as this is the first time I order with them, I am not sure how trustworthy they are. I will have to see how this plays out but so far, I am not impressed.
Horrible website and costumer service
I placed an order about 12 days ago and I still haven’t received any kind of confirmation or email regarding my package. I’ve tried writing emails to their costumer service but they only sent me a useless generic email that didnt help with my problem at all. Their costumer service on their website is also horrible, I wanted to talk to a real human not their bot which I had to wait for 1 hour and there still wasn’t a person available that could help me with my problem. I wouldn’t recommend shopping on their website at all!

Not only delivery takes forever (placed an order a week ago and it is STILL not sent), but support READS emails but NOT ANSWERING them! I can see that because I use mail tracker and none of my 3 (THREE) emails has been answered.
I have to say, I had a much better opinion of Gina Tricot.
Order issue handled quickly and kindly
I received my order with one item missing and had to return two pairs of trousers that were too big and didn’t match the size guide. After a short wait, Gabriella assisted me with great kindness and professionalism, quickly solving the problem. I’m very satisfied with the customer service.

Do not do any business with this company! I returned my goods in a perfect way and they sent me a confirmation of the returned goods. But because I paid via Klarna and they did not get a confirmation, I have Klarna chasing me to pay money. As a matter of fact: Also do not use Klarna! Just pay the whole amount for your product at once to avoid this kind of intermediate companies.
Furthermore. You cannot reach this company by phone so your only sending emails and they will sent back that it’s very busy bla bla bla. So you’re talking to a wall.

I had a lot of issues with the delivery as well (long delays to ship the parcel and then to receive it, and it was delivered to the wrong person).
The customer support is kinda of rude (no polite form apologies) and does not seem to bring any solution (yet I hope).
I speak French but they don't which is fine, we started speaking in english, but now they start emailing me in Swedish...

Great shop! Honestly the shipping was super fast even tho it was written that orders might come a little later than usually. The quality of the clothes are top tier! A lot of good sales where you can find really nice clothing.

We ordered from Gina Tricot 8 days ago for 160€ and paid via Klarna. We never received an order confirmation nor a delivery confirmation. Nothing! Despite repeated requests for updates we never received a reply. This is absolutely annoying and not trustworthy.

Paid for shipping to have some shirts arrive before my vacation. It took a week to even have the shirts ship, and once they did, they have never arrived. It has been 3 weeks and nothing. I have been emailing the contact email every few days for weeks and no response. So frustrating since I need them to start a report with PostNL for me to get my money back. Will never order from them again.
No ”tall” section
I am a girl on 175cm. There are sooooo many section with the ”petite” sized pants, which ofc its good. But for me, with taller legs, the normal pants are to small. There is supposed to be pants in a taller size, called ”tall” but each time there are juste one or two, and they don't have a section for them only, so its super hard to find them. I was in the gina tricot in drottningatan and i found none. Then i can also add the fact that i am more curvy, i have larger hips and a small waist. So if i manage to find pants that are the right length, they are either not passing my hips and fit my legs, or just fitting my hips but they are then so many sizes up that they don't look fit and a weird baggy bootcut instead. I found this very unpleasing and would appreciate if the stores where more adapted to all the clients.
Refuses refund despite legal obligation, very disappointing
I sent back a return order that was originally damaged when it was returned to me. I then re-sent the parcel, unused and to the same official return address in the Netherlands, using my own shipping label. I provided full tracking proof showing it was delivered.
Still, Gina Tricot refuses to refund me, simply because I didn’t use their prepaid label. They claim they’re not responsible for returns sent “on your own initiative,” even though:
• I sent it to their official return address,
• It was delivered and confirmed by tracking,
• And the first failed return was not my fault.
This is not only unfair, it’s also against EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), which clearly states that once a return is delivered, the seller is obliged to refund. The use of a self-paid label does not change that.
On top of that, I had to wait over a month for any response, which is completely unacceptable for any customer service team.
Gina Tricot is ignoring their legal obligations and pushing responsibility onto the customer. I’ve lost time, money, and trust in this brand.
