Annabelle and Robert Gillman, the second generation of the Gillman family are the current owners/directors of the business. Gillman’s operate a large retail showroom in Gloucester, a second retail showroom in Ross-On-Wye and also a brand new commercial showroom in Exeter. We pride ourselves on product knowledge, customer service and being a truly family run independent business employing 85 people as of July 2024. Another smooth appliance purchase from Gillmans
This must be the 5th or 6th appliance we've purchased from Gillmans over the years. They always seem to have very competitive prices and their service is excellent. This time we've purchased a Siemens washer/dryer, the transaction was completed online and the machine delivered/installed on the date selected. The two man team who installed it did an excellent job. The machine did its first wash that afternoon and has been used everyday since without any issues so we're very happy.

The Gillman's employee on the phone was…I do not remember but it was a gentleman.
The Gillman's employee on the phone was very helpful and made sure I was purchasing the correct part. The promise was for delivery on Tuesday and it came as promised. The prices were good and parts were authentic.
