Great platform to earn extra income. A bit on the downside with the payment to reach your bank in 5 business days as most businesses process payment the following week and it takes about 12-15 days to receive the payment after the gig,

Its a good concept but very hard to get accepted for gigs

They switched to a contract base model which I understand but it really pulls us smaller players from the platform, it's definitely not worth a monthly or annual fee to use. The freelancers are not reliable enough for me to trust the platform in full. I get better drivers on social media tbh. I also know of some companies on the platform that are paying a lower percentage than others. Seems to be a bit unfair and a mess all round.

Don’t even get them near you, full of scammers! Too 4 payments from me without authorisation! Guy called Ben signed us and and when I said don’t need their service he put us on a subscription!!!the driver they have are loose less too!dont use them whatsoever!

In-experienced staff for hire. Was sent unqualified staff who weren't capable of carrying out the required job role.

User interface is great. Platform is really easy to use.

Great working environment and excellent staff that are very supportive. It’s okay if it’s your first time they are always open to guide you through your shift.

I am not getting paid for a 10 hours shift I have done saying its not showing in the system. I have proofs of that I did the shift. That very day the manager sent an email standing in front of me.
So if there is a technical fault in there side, forget about the payments for your hardwork.

Everything was straightforward easy to follow

Very bad APP, I booked a call from Gigable support center and no response from Gigable support after few minutes I got a email "Thanks for taking our call".
If someone has issue so who's going to solve it.
Not recommending anyone to work for Gigable, its full of stress.

Gigable has not paide me three gigs for the past one year. i have called them a hundreds of time but the agents say the business hasnot paid us. so, i say i have worked for you, not directly with the business. also all my deliveries and tips are also kept by either the business or gigable.
Furthermore, on the 29th june, i was accepted for a gig by email conformation and on the gigable app but , when i arrived the site, the gigs was removed from the app. i did the gig with the business but started calling gigable to let them know that i have completed the gig and make sure i get paid this time. this was so annoying, i called them about 30 time in two days, send them emails but finaly i received a call after that struggle and waiting for almost three days, i was able to tell them about my gig.
My point of writing this long essay is to tell you that how the team take care of employees and their issues.......honestly very disappointing.
