Pictures on website were different from delivery; one showed well-arranged gift, the delivery was akin to supermarket box: two of those and three of the other. Items identical but presentation missing - for the price, attention to presentation should be there.

GiftsforEurope Should Fire FedEx
The only reason I am not giving a 5 star review is because of delivery issues. My aunt in France, who is 91 years old, was supposed to receive her Christmas gift on December 17 and she still has not received it. And today is December 30. She even received a phone call that the package was 100 miles away and if she wanted to, she could pick it up herself. Ridiculous!! I realize now that this is not an issue with the company but with FedEx. GiftsforEurope has started using FedEx this year, which explains why I have never had issues before.

Orders #5062521932 & #7375228454. Finally delivered with 80% of the items missing. This is really frustrating as I've used these guys to deliver gifts over the years without issues. But this year has left a sour taste in the mouth. Pls check and process a refund asap.
