I had to take to writing this review. I have ordered from many online companies and usually am left disappointed by either the packaging or the product itself. Not from here. Everything was perfect. The product was exactly as described and packaged securely and well. First class service and first class company. I laughed at the one bad review. Obviously a disgruntled employee. You can tell by the way it is written. Well I am a customer for life. Will be back soon. Thank you

I bought some fantastic reed diffusers from this company they were excellently packaged and arrived on time.
I would definitely order from them again give them a try you will not be disappointed.

Dreadful. Avoid buying with this company at all costs. I ordered something that was fragile and they didn't even bubble wrap it! Luckily, it arrived with minimal damage but they need to learn how to take better care when packing their items.

Extremely helpful arranging a delivery to Italy. I was given some wrong info to send it to and the lovely Francesca sorted it with a quick phone call. My call was answered straight away and I spoke to a real person, something that is lacking with most companies.
I can confirm delivery of the parcel. That too was excellent service, faster than any parcel I’ve ever sent to Italy.
