The giftstoindia.com is totally fake…

The giftstoindia.com is totally fake and fraud company. I placed an on-line order for Diwali sweets to be sent to my dear ones in U.S. The company never delivererd my order. When I sent multiple emails to check the status of my order, everytime they replied after 3 days; "Thanks for contacting the customer support. We have already forwarded your complain to our relevant department."
They are cheaters. I would request everyone never to use this site. The site should be totally shut down. The only mistake I did was that I did not read the reviews of this site as I was in rush. I believed the site and they cheated me. I am writing this review to let everyone know how some websites in India are totally fraud who rip off the innocent customers and play with their feelings.

Don't use Gifts-to-India.com unless you want to be conned.

The recipient didn't get what I ordered. To celebrate the birth of a daughter they got yellow roses instead of the pink I ordered. They got a completely different, poor quality teddy bear, and the fruit basket was not as represented on the Gifts-to-India.com web site. Worse still, their email address bounces back unknown and the contact form on their web page fails so you can't even complain. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. I wish I had checked the reviews prior to placing my order which was Rs1600.

Completely screwed my happiness

Completely screwed my happiness

What all could possibly go wrong.. these ppl can screw up more than that and my happiness
1. Delivering to wrong address
2. Items in the order was changed based on their convenience (Bouquet delivered instead of chocolate)
3. Very low quality flowers and they dont know how to make a bouquet
4. Worst customer service.. they say they are reachable from morning till evening, but many times no one answers during the day time as well
5. Rude customer service
6. Feedback by mail is delayed.

What more do you want to be screwed on a single delivery

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered the caker for my mother on Mothers Day. Got the email on the day of that they cannot deliver the cake and will be delivering on May 15th instead. So I called and the customer service agent said yes, they will difinatly deliver next day, so I said its fine as I can understand due to high volume of orders things can happen.

On 15th May I got the email stating they cannot deliver the cake period and I have to make the choice for something else which can be delivered in 4-5 business days (no fresh/perishable items). So I called the customer service again and talked to the MR. BIG SHOT AVINASH SINGH (apparrently the only Avinsh Singh in the company, Kolkata) was so rude to me and refused to even apologise when I confronted him that he cannot talk to me in rude manner. Very Very bad service. I will never ever gonna order from them again.

Warning: Unreliable order delivery. Please avoid if you want someone to receiver your gift.

I used Gifts-to-India.com to order Rakhi for my brother in India. I had used the service last year and they delivered the Rakhi on time. This time, I ordered a gift (a free rakhi was advertised with the gift) and a rakhi (with roli teeka). They delivered the gift (sans the rakhi) 2 days before the scheduled delivery date but there was no trace of the rakhi. I sent them an email with the details of my order and my complaint. I was amazed when I saw their reply which said, "This is to inform you that without order number it is difficult to trace any particular order. Kindly provide us the order number to track the order." I had clearly mentioned the order number as a subject of the email I sent them. They also gave me an alternate way of getting my complaint sorted: call them at the customer numbers they gave. I replied again quoting the order number as well as tried calling them several times. I received no reply to my email and the numbers were always busy. I sent them another reminder but my complaint is still not answered.
Having given up on them on Friday (Rakshabandhan was on Sunday), I ordered Rakhi from another website. However, they could deliver the Rakhi only on Monday and hence, because of the unprofessional service of Gifts-to-India, my brother did not get a Rakhi from me this Rakshabandhan.
These people are fraud and do not really know what online shopping is all about. They are unreliable and probably interested only in making money. It is for businesses like this that ecommerce is not able to gain customer confidence in India. I shall never use them again.
The tone I have used here is very mild compared to the bitterness I feel towards this business.
