preferred classic giftround
there is no longer an option to buy a card for the comments that have been sent, it is not the same to just download them and send a pdf copy, it looks like all you can do now is send 1 giftcard for the person, you could split the total last time and buy flowers, card, and a gift card, i much prefer the classic giftround, not sure why it's been changed!

Thanks so much for your feedback, I completely understand why you so enjoyed the classic GiftRound. We’ve removed physical gifts and printed cards as the costs and logistics just weren’t sustainable and we couldn’t guarantee the reliable delivery experience you deserve.
You can still split your collection across multiple FlexCards, using part of it for flowers, hampers or food gifts from brands like M&S, Waitrose & Partners and Not on the High Street and sending the remainder as a FlexCard to the recipient all while keeping GiftRound 100% fee-free.
I really appreciate you sharing how this change feels for you. Your feedback genuinely helps us keep improving.

We are quite clear:
"With GiftRound, every collection is redeemed as a FlexCard: the ultimate gift of choice. Recipients can choose from ... any of the 95+ supported brands, spend it all in one go or carve it up their way: smart, simple, sorted."
However "Everything is feedback" and we'll look at this again for future customers.

Would have liked to be able to withdraw money directly rather than as a voucher. We use it when collecting from multiple people and don't want to give own bank details. Ended up buying gift with own money and taking voucher myself to pay back, not ideal

That’s why we chose to focus on digital gift vouchers so every penny contributed goes directly toward the gift, with no fees or deductions.

Really easy process to use and the Giftround team respond to requests for support very quickly. The range of gift cards to choose from is excellent.

This gifting has been very easy to use by all who took part. The recipient was very happy with the card and gift.
Virtual card giving through Giftround is now my go to. Alerts received from Giftround when donations are added and how many days are left are very useful.

So many other services out there charge a fee which is crazy! I found it super easy to set up, send to colleagues, and the recipient had no issues claiming the funds via the extensive gift card selection. Great stuff!

Easy to set up and great you can add messages too. Had an issue buying the gift voucher, but emailed and someone called back within 10 minutes and resolved straight away. I also like they send email reminders. Would highly recommend.

Prompt response, friendly, helpful and human
I recently had an issue where I needed to edit a message for a colleague's digital farewell card and gift. I emailed GiftRound for a solution. They got back to me in 15 mins with helpful suggestions, and offered to amend the message if nothing else worked. I asked if they could amend the message and they did it immediately. All emails were courteous, helpful and human. Thank you, Stu. I was really impressed by the customer service of this company!

Gift round were very helpful in trying to resolve a problem I had with receiving vouchers set up following a gift collection. It seems there was a problem with people using the old platform as they have moved to a newer one and I must have been using an old link that I had. Anyway I received a phone call and the vouchers have been emailed to me so thanks so much for your help and thanks to the team and Craig who resolved everything and went out of his way to help. GiftRound is an expertly managed site
Have used this site on a couple of different occasions, all went well and as expected with the bonus of 100% going to recipient which not all sites do. Last occasion I had to cancel a giftround where 7 people had already contributed, I emailed support and got the usual auto acknowledgement but less than 1/2 hour later received a further confirmation - 'Circumstances change; we understand that, I've refunded all contributions to your collection below for you'. Expertly managed, the Giftround Team couldn't have done better! I will be using this site for any future collections.
An extra mention that two of our GiftRound recipients have treated themselves to Lion King theatre tickets and are very happy indeed!

Brilliant online collection tool with messages
I used this for 1st time for my bosses retirement collection and received a brilliant response. It was easy to create an account and there are no admin charges and the collection flex card can be sent straight to the receiver.
