Gift cards website supports scammers. Adds to their income!

Gift cards website is not to be trusted. ! ! !
It is a favorite of half hackers apparently. And the way they deal with it is to turn a blind eye.
If you use them your email and bank cards are on their file and open to hacking.
I was hacked and they acknowledged they sent a $400 gift card to a Paul Huston who I don't know, at his email, a psb newton com email , but won't take responsibility for not verifying his identity even though it was ordered on my account. I never authorized them to keep my information in their records.
These people are not US based, and they are scammers

Extremely frustrating experience.

Extremely frustrating experience.
I purchased a gift card for Doordash and the receiver was unable to use it. We tried everything but nothing would work. The customer service rep would not cancel the gift card and generate a new one, which would have been the simplest way to get it to work...
So I had to ask for a refund and when I tried to purchase it again, it was repeatedly cancelled, as if my credit card had been added to a blacklist...
Very disappointing experience and customer service support.
