Shady Practices, Don't Trust This Site
I have purchased gift cards from this site before with few issues, nothing major, like a gift card taking a few hours to show up in my inbox. This time I bought one and waited for over 2 days for it to show up. When I went to their site to get help...first they have a phone number but no way to talk to a live person. I then tried the chat and the chat bot swore to me that it had been sent. It was not in my spam or any other folder in my email. I requested to talk to a person which led to about a 10 minute wait, not terrible, but during that wait, my gift card magically showed up in my inbox. This all feels really shady to me. If they sent it before, where was it? My email was correct. A digital gift card should take very little time to process and send to me. But this was over 50 hours and no gift card. I will not be purchasing from this site again and their customer service didn't seem too upset by this. Beware, and make sure if you do buy from this site that you use a payment that you can dispute.

Write a message issue
It was annoying to fill out the message part. Anytime i had to leave the page and my time ran out my cart would save everything but the message I had typed out. The message also got deleted when I tapped the duplicate and had to delete the duplicate. Other than that it was very simple to fill out and have sent to a loved one. I even like how you can send a little video with it at no extra cost.
