The Giant Group (Mohamed – Onboarding Officer)
I’ve only been with The Giant Group for a week, but the onboarding experience has been excellent. Mohamed, my onboarding officer, was friendly, professional and clear throughout the process. He made everything straightforward, responded promptly, and set the tone for a smooth start.
The service overall has been great — efficient communication, no chasing, and they pay on time. Receiving payment within 24 hours of submitting a signed timesheet is fantastic and removes a lot of the usual hassle. A strong, positive start.

Super service from Samuel
Samuel Prince provided informative, professional, and helpful customer service. He gave excellent pension advice, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process easy to understand. My wonderful experience
