I would give 0 stars if I could. I purchased a pair of straighteners which got lost in transit. They refuse to refund me due to their "investigation" They take over £100 of your money and won't refund you. Whilst it's not their fault the item went missing, it is their responsibility. Their customer service is diabolical. Sadly I realised too late that they were overpriced and you can't cancel the order, you have to return it at your own cost (that's if it ever gets delivered)
For a global company, they are shocking. Use another company, I've heard good things about cloud 9 products & their customer service is amazing.
Who has £100 to give to a company and wait weeks for it to be refunded?
