The service was very fast and efficient- I had my GHDs repaired and back with me within about 48 hours of posting them to be repaired.

Wow! Incredibly speedy service! Ordered repair Sunday, posted GHD's Monday, notified of full repair details Tuesday, received back Wednesday. Really pleased to have my straighteners back working well, looking great, plus a new cable. Very easy to order & pay. Would recommend and will definitely use this company again... but hopefully not for a while! ;-)

Amazing service

Super quick and very professional quality repair. My daughter’s straighteners stoped working and were out of warranty. I found GHD repair online. It was easy to purchase the correct service for the model we had. Communication from Trevor was fantastic, and the turn round was less than a week. I found this company online and didn’t really know a deal about them so it felt like I was taking a chance sending my ghd’s to them for repair. However, they have fixed them and turned them around in just a few days. The service was amazing and only a fraction of the cost of purchasing new ones. A great company to save a little money and to save the environment as well. Better to repair than to keep buying new and throwing things in landfill. I am very happy with their service so would recommend. Thank you.

Can’t recommend enough. My platinum ghd straighteners stopped working and I was worried I’d need to replace them. I found the website, sent them off and they were returned super quickly and fully repaired at a brilliant price. I then had a further unrelated issue which Trevor again repaired for me. I sent them away yesterday and had an email to confirm they are repaired and on their way back arriving tomorrow. Excellent service!

I use my GHDs daily - crazy hair makes me a crazy woman and the world really doesn’t deserve that! When my 4.2bs stopped working I had a major panic that I would need to buy a new pair so close to Christmas. I’m really happy that I found this repair service instead. The cost was very reasonable and the service was incredibly quick (I posted them Friday afternoon and had them back in perfect condition on Wednesday). I have non-crazy hair again, I’ve saved myself the cost a new pair of straighteners and my old straighteners are still in use rather than sitting in landfill!

Great service! My GHD stopped working, I sent it first class on Tuesday and it was repaired and sent by Wednesday. I received it on Thursday and it is perfectly working. I wouldn't recommend them enough!

Fantastic repair service. My daughter’s GHD S55 wide plate straighteners stopped working, completely dead. After a quick search for possible fixes it stumble upon GHD Repair by FROGMA Ltd. They responded almost immediately and were extremely helpful. They advised me that they could be repaired, a full service at £28.99 would include a new cable as the cable on my daughter’s was heavily twisted.
I sent them off on the Monday, received on Tuesday, repaired and returned on Thursday morning. I was kept fully updated on the repair process and what parts were replaced.
There was a small issue with a missing cover that was quickly resolved.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Amazing service. I would 100% recommend FOGMA GHD repair to everyone. Sent my GHDs on Wednesday afternoon and got them back Friday morning. Fully repaired and saved me the cost of buying new ones.

I am absolutely delighted with the service I have received, having sent off my GHD straighteners for repair. I was amazed at how quickly they were repaired and returned to me. I was also kept up to date with the process, and given detailed information about what had been done. I posted them on a Friday, and they were back the following Wednesday, fixed! They are an older model GHD (3.1b) and I actually prefer them to my spare, newer model, but I didn’t t think anyone would be able to repair them. Nowadays, when so many appliances become obsolete or just can’t be repaired, it was so good to find a business that can save me money as well as avoid adding to all the waste in the world.
