Yesterday afternoon I ordered my 10 free samples and they arrived the next morning. Thank you.

I have ordered paper samples on the 2/2/25 and 1 full month later I still havnt got them or even a shipping confirmation email to say that they are coming ! Terrible service from this company, I wont be using them again !!

I ordered sample sheets at a specific size for a prototype, but they arrived in a different size without any prior notification. The order took 16 days to arrive, and due to an unsigned declaration, I had to pay a hefty customs charge. Unfortunately, after all that, the paper was unusable for my needs because it wasn’t the correct size. While the paper quality itself is nice, the poor customer service, lack of communication, delays, and unexpected penalties make this a one-star experience.

One of my favorite paper manufacturers. Excellent customer service and a VERY wide range of products. I would only suggest to GF Smith that they package their A3 orders in a more protective way as they arrive with bashed corners more often than not. Other than that, I love this company and have had great experience with them over the years!

Thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail and quality of the the sample paper sent. The sheets arrived in a smart / contemporary folder, neatly addressed and referencing who/why the samples had been requested. Customer service like this stands out and makes me confident that I will work with this brand. Well done to all involved. This is my first contact with this company and a positive first impression has been left!
