(Original Equipment Manufacturer) branded heating products right from drawings to the finished product. This is not the cheapest on the market but it is a quality bit of kit and worth the asking price. Despatched promptly and well packaged. Great idea to send the thermostat seperately. A bit fiddly to commission but follow the instructions and you'll be fine. For peace of mind and to comply with Regulations, an Electrician is required to hard wire the towel rail and to issue a minor work certificate. Highly Recommended
