Unclear and misleading recruitment process
The recruitment process with this company was extremely frustrating and poorly managed. After applying, I was contacted repeatedly for several weeks and asked to complete multiple time-consuming assessments, seemingly due to internal uncertainty about their own hiring process.
Once the interview stage was reached, communication became inconsistent and I started to get ghosted. Despite claims that candidates could “reach out at any time,” the only available contact was an AI bot Nina, which was not helpful for follow-up questions. Nor did they call back.
During the interview, I was told they were happy to move forward and that a contract would be sent the same day. However, this never happened. Instead, I received no response for over a week, only to be informed later that the position had been offered to someone else.
Overall, the experience felt unprofessional, misleading, and lacking in transparency.
