I placed an order in December of 2025 for a uHoo Smart Air Monitor, and it has been over a month and I still haven't received my unit.

On their checkout page it clearly says: "Shop with confidence, Secure SSL Checkout, Fast, reliable shipping"

I paid a huge premium for this product and expected professional customer support and timely delivery of the product.

Upon going back and forth with the customer service they admitted that they don't use Fedex or the like, but the absolute cheapest basic post office service to ship, which of course doesn't have reliable tracking and can't be relied upon for timely service, basically dumping the problem onto their customers to try and save money on their end.

An absolute disgrace I haven't even received my product I paid hundreds of dollars for, and I've been robbed of hours and hours of my time having to try and write to support and hunt down to get my package. Disgraceful.

If this is how they handle their sales and customer support I am very afraid that the quality of this product is going to be absolute trash, just as the other reviewer on this product mentioned. I wish I had never made this purchase.

My experience with the Uhoo air quality monitor was extremely disappointing. Upon receiving the device, it did not work at all. After weeks of back-and-forth communication with customer service, they finally replaced it with a new unit. This replacement worked for exactly six months before three sensors began malfunctioning. Despite this, customer support insisted that everything was fine, even though the device consistently displayed incorrect readings (e.g., 0 hPa for air pressure, 0 ppm for CO2). If you're considering an air quality monitor, I strongly recommend avoiding Uhoo.
