Constantly crushing, constant errors, we pay for phone support but never get it!!! No one answers the phone ever and no one calls you back!!!! No one reply’s to emails, this company is a scam, promise support but once you sign up, you will never hear from timely again!!! The biggest rip off company, please avoid and sign with kitomba like I should have. I’ve been trying for 2 days to make contact with Timely and nothing!!!
Do not recommend. The support once you sign up is non existent. They will promise you a lot of deliverables and you will be dissapointed to know they were simply lies while you are being informed of a price hike a month into their plan. Don't get scammed

Support is the be Support is the best ever. I have been using the software for a month and took the full package. I have been software PM for many years and these guys are right up there.
I pay for phone support, however on the rare occasions where it was needed, you always get an answering machine asking to leave a message. No-one EVER picks up a call and then they usually get back to you via email. you basically pay for a service that is not provided.
After the free plugin (which had worked fine) stopped working on our site, we upgraded to a paid version and have had nothing but trouble with it. First the formatting was all goofed up and even when you selected a certain view to display, it displayed in boxes floated to the left that piled on top of each other and looked awful. THEN, it just stopped working altogether and will not display on my page. When I opened a ticket, they explained how to embed the code which I had already done and they would have known if they had checked my source code. It was a bit insulting to be honest since I've been building web site for almost 30 years. Then they blamed the problem on a conflict with another plugin and I went to the trouble of deactivating each plugin and it still did not appear. Then I found a page online where I am not the only one having these issues with this awful plugin. Hard coding your events is easier and cheaper than dealing with this company and this nonfunctional plugin. I can't do anything about the nearly $350 I threw away on it but I can at least make sure no one else wastes their time, energy and money on this plugin and awful support.
I’ve been using Timely for my business several years which integrates with Stripe for payments, but my recent experience has been a disaster. Two payments—one for £541.21 due on the 7th of October and another for £278.26 due on the 14th—have still not reached my account, and it’s been over 10 days!
I updated my bank details to troubleshoot, but that hasn’t helped. The delays in payment are putting serious strain on my business, and neither Timely nor Stripe has provided any proper support or resolution. If you rely on timely payments, be cautious about using Timely with Stripe, as this integration is proving unreliable.
If this isn’t resolved soon, I’ll be forced to escalate the issue to the Financial Ombudsman Service. This is unacceptable, and I can’t recommend Timely’s system if they don’t get this fixed.

Recently had a question regarding a privacy breach. Support staff were quick to reassure and look into the query. Timely staff have always been really helpful with any support needed. In a timely (‘scuse the pun) manner as well. The system is easy to navigate and set up for a small business. Haven’t had any major problems. 🙌🏼🙌🏼
Timely is a good business booking system however their support IS NON EXISTENT. I chose their top plan innovate and at most my calls went to voice mail and I RARELY got a call back. I have explained on countless occasions that if there in an issue it needs to be addressed promptly not days or weeks later. I have tried to address this with management and their response is DEFLECTION. I will be down grading my plan.
Issues with the booking system. It doesn’t offer appointments to clients when there are gaps. This means that I am loosing out on money through bookings and wasting time between clients. You used to be able to instantly contact customer service but they are difficult to get hold of now. The number given takes you straight to voicemail and I emailed 3 days ago and still no reply.
