It won't connect in my area I live way…

It won't connect in my area I live way out in the country, only had the device a few days the said there was a 30 day money back guarantee, they refuse to honor that and won't give me a refund so I'm out 124.00. DON'T USE THEM!!!! THEY LIE!!!

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. The product took too long to arrive and they said I could return it when it arrived. I did immediately, and they would not refund the shipping fee, even though they were at fault for us not able to use it. I will not work with this company again

Ryoko equipment does not work in the airplane or in international country Like Amman/Jordan. The reason i bought this device with max service plans to use it internationally as the company describes but unfortunately nothing like that’s happens.
