With owning my ryoko for 9 months now i…

With owning my ryoko for 9 months now i havent been able to use intermet but maybe i month. I keep getting waiting for network or connected without internet which is like nothing to do with anything. In otherwords its a scam to expect the unit to get you to the internet and ive purchased 2, 6 months subscriptions for internet and maybe. Used the ryoko internet possibly 1 month.

I have received the Ryoko (Pro?) and…

I have received the Ryoko (Pro?) and was promised 6 months of service via Viaota, but I have no service for internet at all. I have tried conneting by my laptop and my cell phone but both say no internet. It is useless without the internet that I prepaid 6 months for.

I purchased the Ryoko 4G LTE device specifically to use with the TC2000 trading platform for my work. I received the device on June 8 and attempted to set it up immediately. From the beginning, I experienced connection problems and spent significant time troubleshooting with both online support and customer service.

After approximately one hour of troubleshooting, the device finally connected, but I discovered that it does not properly support the application I need for my job. Since the device could not perform the purpose for which I purchased it, I contacted customer service the same day to request a return.

What is most frustrating is that the customer service representative, MAR, informed me that there was no return policy. However, Ryoko’s own website clearly states that customers have a 60-day return policy, including the option to return a product simply because they changed their mind or are not satisfied with it.

I am still waiting for return instructions and confirmation of my refund request. It is unacceptable for a company to advertise a 60-day return policy on its website and then tell customers that returns are not allowed.

My experience has been poor from start to finish:

* Initial connection issues.
* Device did not work for the application I purchased it for.
* Contradictory information from customer service regarding returns.
* Delays in processing my return and refund request.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Ryoko. If you are purchasing this device for professional or business use, make sure it works with your required applications before spending your money.
