This Playbeatz site is a scam. DON’T DO IT! I ordered the headphones over four weeks ago and never heard a word back. The payment went through but nobody contacts you about the shipment. I hope they get buried by Apple. Very dissatisfied customer.

We placed our order on May 1st and its been more than almost 2 months with no reply,
Im on chat with one of their customer service team hopefully she can help .
apparently its a scam and we have lost 100$!!
if its true we should take an action toward this scam!

I too ordered a pair on 31 May. Had confirmation email and nothing else. 30 days isn't quite up but no emails are answered and you can't get through to customer support. It must be a scam.

DO NOT order from this company. Not only was I charged TWICE for my CANCELLED order I have never even gotten the courtesy of a reply.

Order placed Thursday, May 21, 2020. 15 emails. This is todays:
Here we are 11 days later and still no response from your company regarding my refund you stated you were going to complete. Your company has no customer service values.
I am grossly disappointed that I was a fool to try and do business with your company in good faith.
Bottom line I lost a total of $58.94

I placed my order on June 6th. My bank denied (fraud?) so reordered. I called Playbeatz to verify my order. Realizing that I had placed two orders I was credited the second order. I just got off the phone with a supervisor out of NJ & was told because of such a large volume of orders I’m on back order. Hopefully will get tracking info by end of June. I was offered an additional discount. I did my due diligence on numerous sites for reviews. If these earpods are as good as reviewed & great price, I can understand the appeal. I gave 3 stars cause I haven’t received product yet.

I ordered May1, 2020, My card was charged within 24 hours. Received email "Your order has been placed: we will notify when order ships" Still no shipping notice, no product. Chatted X3 (always requesting an email "in case you leave the chat".) 1 chat confirmed my order, 1 chat offered 20% off, 1 chat yielded nothing. 2 phone calls: 1 - "in the queue and should ship within 2 weeks - that would have been by May 22. Didn't happen. Phone call 2 (midnight) - "due to large volume of calls wait is more than 10 minutes." After 15 minutes disconnected from their end. I had checked the site prior to purchase and there was nothing indicating scam at that point - or else I didn't search well. Now, wondering about refund. Plan to notify my card company.
Update 6/28/2020: all ads gone from Internet. Disputed charge w credit card Co. Which credited my account. Within 24 hrs of dispute, received an email from PlayBeatz support - they were refunding my credit card company and “ if/when product arrived, please return it”

I placed order online for earbuds and my deb it card was charged for $49.99. Received order confirmation and no merchandise. This website is fraudulent and I have reported it to Commerce Department. Don't expect this review to appear online!

Don't place an order!!!!

Like everyone else on this review, I placed an on on 5.11.2020 and have not received my purchase nor have they returned any emails. The customer phone number does not work, therefore it's a ghost company. Please don't entertain the thought of purchasing this product. Save yourself the hassle and shop creditable sources.

I place my order past April never received my earphones. Very bad company to do businesses they take my money of course.

Like folks who ordered, I did not read the reviews. I have sent 4 emails and the respone I received was it take 30 days to ship from the date of order and that it was back ordered. My final email was asking for a refund. Crickets!!!
I filed a claim with BBB. A complete scam.

I ordered and they took the money out of my account 5/5/20 as of now 6/7/20 did not receive them or did not get a answer from 2 emails I sent?

This is so disgusting people who do this...fake sales..... I am so pissed at myself for trusting! I'm so done ordering online!!! They took 160.00 from me for an amount of 104.00 in the first place! SCAM!!!!! Don't trust these people No reply but they tried to sell me more after this sale...

This is an absolute SCAM! I ordered my mother some earbuds over a month ago I still have not gotten any email saying they shipped or were delivered but they took my money quickly!! Total BS!

I never thought I would fall for a scam! This is a fraudulent website folks. DON'T make the same mistake I made, don't buy this product you'll never get your order or your money back.

I have ordered this on the 28 April order number 4495131645 and until now 24 May have not received it or a justification why it is late. I hope this company is not a scam. Sent two emails with no reply

Ordered April 19 still no delivery. Very limited email response as to unknown delivery dates. Yet they are still advertising in our local news paper.
