A lawyer from Penta Law took my case. It was a divorce. She asked and took 1000 in the first month and then stopped caring about my case. She even wanted to have a quarrel with me!!! Avoid at any costs. Better chose somebody honest and earning the money you pay.

Worst bank for business and freelancers

I opened an account with Penta a couple of years ago. Now, Qonto tries to charge for all those months when my account was blocked, as well as the functionality of it. Good luck to them cause they can't charge for months when the service wasn't provided. Penta was ok, but after it became Qonto, it was the worst solution ever for businesses and freelancers. Never open account with them,

Awful customer experience

Forced me to switch bank accounts to a more expensive and less capable provider. In order to switch I have received tens of emails all which contained contradictory information about the process that needs to be followed. After all this they then shut my bank account early.

Higher costs and lower support level

The procedure to force customers into a totally new bank account from Penta to Qonto (with higher costs and lower service level as I experienced it now!) is extremely unfriendly towards every existing customer. Lots of struggles (and side costs and efforts following this forced transition!) just to have a worse deal than before now!

Bank are closing my account saying i…

Bank are closing my account saying i have some affiliation with the US and I havent filled in my FATCA form. I have no affiliation with the US and they just say that the company, SOlaris SE who they use have told them that we don't qualify and there is nothing they can do. They are unwilling to look into it further. This is just crazy and I wanted to share as I am bitterly disappointed at their attitude.

Desaster - forced switch of business account to other bank

Desaster. Founders got rich just to give customers a big FU as a good bye… this train accident of a transition from Penta to Qonto is gonna cost me days of admin work and our accountant will bill us royally for this mess. Thank you very much, seriously what the hell? Please do avoid if at all possible

For small companies not usefull
For small companies like german GbR is this not good - it is really bad because they take now 9€ each month plus tax and that is too much for us. In some months we have not a single € income and must pay more than we earn.

Good technical support

All in all the service is quite good. I had technical issues logging into the system, but the technical support did help me well when it turned out that the issue was not an easy fix for me.
