The team at Get My Refund have done a great job in following up on junk insurance. The end result is receiving a refund (although my refund was small and of course the service fee came out), but for me, it was more than just about the money. It was holding these companies accountable for providing junk insurance policies that consumers shouldn’t really have to pay and being dishonest about it. Thanks Get My Refund team - I can see that you really did follow my claim through to the end, even willing to escalate my claim further if the bank didn’t want to negotiate. And all I had to do was sit back and wait for the good news.

I was skeptical if this when I saw the ad, but saw there was no risk to me financially if my claim was not successful. The process was incredibly easy; just needed to fill out a webform and send any requested docs to support the claim via email and then have patience to await the outcome. GMR do take a considerable percentage of the refund they get back on your behalf, but honestly, I think it’s 100% worth it, as I would not even know what to say or where to start to try get money from junk insurance myself. I actually had no idea I was even entitled to any refund at all and have no clue I was paying junk insurance. Agent from GMR know what to do and having someone do this for me was worth it. Thanks to Sarah from GMR, I ended up getting a little over $2600 refunded to me. Communication was always great. Can’t fault the entire process to be honest and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend anyone to submit all their claims and see what happens as you have nothing to lose if your claim is unsuccessful and have only $$$$ to gain if it is successful!

Great outcome. I submitted details of my loan over two years ago, and almost forgot it, except for an occasional email requesting more information. A couple of weeks ago, I got a call from Sarah to tell me my claim was successful. Get My Refund had successfully had my bank refund a total of $12,500 to me. Remarkable outcome!!
