Exceptional customer service
Arcie followed through with a problem I had and kept in contact with me so I knew what was happening. Arcie anticipated any concerns I might have had and let me know the next steps. Arcie was thoughtful, and tracked my billing to make sure that I wasn’t being charged early for my next subscription. Very grateful to have come in contact with a customer service rep that anticipated issues, resolved problems and kept things on track, thank you Arcie.

AI can't replace humans
Issue was resolved quickly once addressed, question wasn't answered and panic set in , once reading all terms and conditions I worked out what had happened, then finally speaking to a human not AI , everything was resolved

My experience was just superb
My experience was just superb! I had made a query on two important matters, Dianne Marie Carillo was quick to not only respond but to also deliver on what I needed. What I needed required a bit of navigating on their part, I imagine, and so to get what I needed, so comprehensively and quickly, means so much to me! I have been trying to join the FB community for about 5 weeks now and keep getting declined. Sheila has been trying to help but I keep hitting a dead end…the amount of emails back and forth is ridiculous when it could just be approved…just trying to get some ok e support for my journey 😞 it should be this hard

The representative I spoke to (Dianne) was responsive and was able to help me fast.
My issue was resolved in a timely and effective manner.

They don't have stock to send!!!
They don't have stock to send..... now going to be late with my dose!
Jab due today, but no courier. I contacted them to followup & they said they have no stock so will send in 3 days!!!!
TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!
I received first dose a month ago so they have had a month to organise and buy and send out the next dose.... absolutely no excuse not to have stock for me.
Friends have no issue getting their doses from Dr Prescription + Pharmacy.
Would not recommend 😕

I signed up to Moshy for the convenience.
I signed up to Moshy for the convenience of not having to go to the Dr then to the chemist, I work shift work so this just makes it so simple, the Telehealth at the start with the Dr was great and very informative, I have not had any trouble at all with my order it always arrives before I actually finish my last months, the results have been slow but that is the way I want it. Would recommend for anyone thinking about it, just to be mindful of the cost- but that is the problem with convenience.
