I placed an order on the 10th of May but accidentally entered an old address. I noticed the mistake as soon as I received the order confirmation email and immediately tried to cancel the order, but I couldn’t do it through the website or the Shop app.

I emailed the INKD team with my order number, reached out via direct message on Instagram, and also used the contact form on the website. I still haven’t heard back from anyone.

I’ve now received another email with a Royal Mail tracking number confirming that the item has been dispatched. I understand that the original mistake was mine, but not offering any way to correct it or even speak to someone is really poor customer service. I’m very disappointed.

I ordered a personalised vodka bottle and did not receive any confirmation emails or any item after a week. Tried calling and a random guy picks up saying that that was a personal number.
I want my money back

Can't recommend this company enough. Fast delivery, ordered in Friday and delivered by the Monday with personalisation. Even better these bottles are so reasonably priced that I will order from here again. Finally, the best packaging I have encountered, this isn't just some bubble wrap but a full personalised inflatable that can be reused.

Ordered a Ciroc bottle for a friend's birthday on the 22nd Nov, expected to arrive last Friday as it was his birthday then. I called a couple of days ago on 02074875047 and someone told me there was a problem with my order due to a "random fraud check" but then said he will make sure it goes out that day on a 24 hour service. I then asked him if i was going to be sent an email confirming dispatch, he said yes. 2 days later, I have not received any email and my friend has not received his gift. I now cannot get through to them on that same number. I am hugely disappointed and I expect a full refund now due to huge delays and empty promises.

Following on from my review I did manage to get in contact with someone and apologised and fully refunded me and the bottle did end up arriving (bit past his birthday) but nonetheless it still arrived. Thank you for eventually sorting that out.

Excellent in every way, the choice of products and designs means there’s something for everyone the delivery was quick, easily tracked and I was kept informed via email. The way the item was package was outstanding I can’t wait to give the present and see their face.

Amazing service from Inkd, I wasn’t disappointed! I ordered a personalised bottle of 1942 and the quality was amazing. The delivery was spot on, tracked and arrived on time. Thank you Inkd, you’ve made gifting so much easier :)

On placing order on-line had query with the personalisation and payment so contacted directly by telephone. Was immediately reassured that everything would be fine and product arrived 6 days later. The packaging is superb and hope the recipient likes as much as me 👍

Just got a bottle of ciroc for my sons 18th - bottle personalised. The bottle design is amazing, choice was vast and to top it all the packaging it arrives in is the cherry on the cake! This was first purchase and wont be the last. Thank you for first class product and service

Amazing idea, very high quality!!

Absolutely love the personalised Ciroc Vodka that I purchased for my son's 21st. The personalisation is brilliant and exceeded my expectation. The packaging is amazing too! I think the concept for the packaging is genius and makes it so special and easy for gift wrapping as you cannot tell it is a bottle. The extra mixer drinks inside were a bonus too so thank you. A very unique gift all round and I definitely recommend this product and have already purchased another.
