Un trusted services in remitance

This instapay and partner ria are the most terrible remitance center that has been approve by bank negara.
We send 1700rm only nov 1 until today Nov 3 has not been send they said processing.

I believe that this remitance must be review the contract and agreement and NOT to be renewed.

When it is emergency cannot be trusted this instapay and ria remitance.

Please don't use this instapay very trouble and not accurate.

Instapay not Instant

There is nothing instant about InstaPay. Stick to Zelle or other transfer services. Here’s my experience.

I just borrowed money from a family member to cover some emergency expenses.

Normally we use Zelle. Since I saw this new InstaPay service, my family member decided to try it.

There is nothing instant about InstaPay. First, you have to sign up to InstaPay to receive the money. They don’t make this obvious before you send the money.

After you sign up, you have to enter your card number—after which you will receive a notice that your card is ineligible to receive the money that was sent to you.

They don’t say why either.

Luckily, you do have the option to receive money with your checking account.

That works—except that it doesn’t, because it takes 2 to 3 days to receive the money that you needed right now.

Terrible, terrible, terrible service from Altura. The service is misleading, dishonest, and slow. Avoid under-developed services like InstaPay.

Before you register with instapay you need to know a few things
1- they are going to be super nice and suck you into the system after that they are not going to pick up the phone at all also if you submit a load that it’s approved by them and for whatever reason the broker doesn’t pay them they will take the money back out of your account They will not call the broker to see why they’re not getting paid and you won’t be able to talk to the broker because they are the account holder
#2 they will tell you you’re not under any contract and you will leave anytime and it’s a true you’re not under any contract but you have to give them 10 days notice and if you decide to leave to another factoring company they will give them a such a hard time and they will not release to them the new UCC if you’re not familiar with the UCC is you need to search it because you cannot go to another factory company without the release of the UCC I am currently stuck in between I have 15 loads sitting on my dashboard because I do not want to factor with instapay anymore and I cannot move to another factoring company because they refused to release the UCC But I’ll be able to do it I just have to go through a lot and it’s gonna take me a month or so and that’s with no pay
#3 Also you need to know Insta-pay just got bought out by e capital Because a few months ago they filed bankrupted cy and was bought out by a company in Canada and if you call Insta-pay for any question they basically can’t answer it because they simply will tell you they were not trained on e capital system Save all the headache and look somewhere else there is Hundreds of Good and honest factoring company out there just stay away from e capital and instapay

Before the new portal I would’ve have given 5 stars. New portal is not user friendly, no way of knowing when you’re actually getting paid and no easy way to submit invoices that you took an advance from. Definitely looking for another factoring company. No way I can handle this new portal it’ll drive me crazy

They rolled out a new portal total …

WOW THE MANAGER JUST CALLED ME AND HAD A NICE TALK HE REASSURED ME THEY ARE MAKING A BETTER VERSION AND PAY ME ASAP I WILL CHANGE TO 5 STARS WITH THIS OUT REACH.. They rolled out a new portal total bull crap not smart phone friendly chang over in 7 days or less looks like accounts did the setup, now no way of knowing if documents where submitted correctly, even they said having issues with people not doing it right, maybe it is your problem, not driver friendly any more. Sorry u lost my business, has been 3 days since paperwork approved and still no money.

Jared Pena, excellent

My friend Pat Oravetz recommended i call Jared Pena at Instapay Flexible when i started with my own authority. I called, got signed up efficiently and I get great service with Jared. Absolutely no problems with him and his office. I have already recommended to some others that they can completely rely on Jared.

I've been with instapay for almost 3…

I've been with instapay for almost 3 years jared pena has been my acct manager he has done an excellent job if I have a problem I call jared and he corrects the problem right away it's not the next day or 2 days later it's right now jared is an awesome person to work with if I call jared and he doesn't answer I leave a message and he returns my call in a timely manner. Keep up the great work jared I appreciate it alot

Excellent Service

My company Highermark Services LLC has been with Instapay for close to a year and they are very fast and attentive with my invoices. My money is always deposited same day or the next day.

I have been with Instapay for over 3…

I have been with Instapay for over 3 years now. They are a great company and are very helpful. My account manager Jared Pena is one of the best account managers I have had the pleasure working with. He is always punctual and very fast response time. He really goes the extra mile for our company. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. This company is definitely a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Completely Incompetent Company

Completely incompetent company. This week alone they have incorrectly billed my company 3x. They can't even be bothered to verify a company name that they are billing before they send out invoices. Invoices mind you that have sensitive billing and banking information contained on them. I personally wouldn't want my companies financials leaked that way. On top of this no one ever answers their accounting line and a voicemail never picks up (although I wouldn't hold my breath on ever getting a response). I waited on hold for 20 mins a few separate times this week and was never connected a person. I followed up with emails and screen shots showing they were billing my company incorrectly and they were never answered or responded too. I finally managed to get through when I hit a different ext (the sales one, surprise surprise they have no issue taking your money) and the gentlemen could not have been ruder or more unpleasant to speak with. I calmly expressed my displeasure at the situation and that maybe they should take a closer look before they send out invoices. To that end I was hung up on. Would have been nice to actually get an acknowledgement on an email that it had been fixed.

I would be very careful giving this company your financial information. I can only imagine with them at the helm how much of an accounting nightmare it could turn out to be.

Poor Experience with Insta Pay

When I first heard about Insta Pay I was very excited as the company seemed to offer competitive benefits and lower fees than similar competitors.

Unfortunately I was extremely let down with their services. I have had account setup issues since last month and have had very little luck getting a response or in contact with anyone in the company for further assistance. I actively try to call the number on the website, send emails to support, and even attempt to use their chat function their website but get no response every time. Whenever I get in contact with someone they direct me to call or email a different address which I get no response from. Very frustrating.

This is very disappointing as their business model seems appealing on paper but without any support when something goes wrong, it defeats the purpose.

Hoping Insta Pay can eventually help resolve my issues so I can change my outlook on this company but as of right now I can only give them 1 star due to the communication and complications I have encountered so far.
