I was hesitant at first as the prices seemed more than fair and honest, even below msrp. But I’m glad I bought my Unifi devices from you guys. They arrived in excellent condition, even the packaging is clean and damage free. The shipping prices are a bit pricey, but it arrived ahead of schedule <3. As a whole, the best experience I could ask for and would definitely recommend Getic to get networking devices!

Excellent company , i buy alot from them , but they need to review the card payment fee and they need to cancel the contract with fedex . As the shipping fee is high and the service is very slow .

Other websites use dhl as default and the service is very fast and cheaper than fedex with GETIC

​Initial impressions of this website have been great. The delivery was ahead of schedule, the packaging was well-done, and the product quality is definitely high, exceeding my technical knowledge. I hope I won't need post-sales support, but I'll certainly consider it for future evaluations.

​I do have one suggestion: I purchased a Mikrotik Chateau 5G ax r17, which is an excellent product, but it's not the right fit for my rural area. I'd like to evaluate the possibility of making a new purchase (the MIKROTIK ATL 5G R16). Since the product is currently unavailable, I would still have to add it to the cart. I was wondering if it would be possible to create a "virtual cart" that would notify customers when the product is back in stock. This would also give the customer the option to place an order or postpone it. This is just an idea to make the service more attentive to the customer and their financial needs.

Bought an antenna that came very quickly and is of high quality. Works well, my signal is much better now.

Generally speaking, everything is fine, with adequate packaging and delivery times. I'm not giving it more stars because the shipping costs seem high compared to other companies that also ship from Europe. I also don't appreciate that shipping isn't free if the purchase amount exceeds a certain amount.

I did receive an item I couldn't find anywhere else in a very good time, considering the distance it had to travel. Needed it for a project and they came through for me.
