Placed a order from Canada on their

Placed a order from Canada on their Black Friday special.. When I placed my order it came up as a error message and to try again. Same message appeared again. A few hours later I got billed twice. You can only leave a message which I thought was strange that there was no live person. Sent a email to find out that they cancelled both orders. Sent another email to ask why and response was to reorder. I can no longer get the same price. The items I ordered where for Christmas presents. Another email sent and I got a code for 20% which I can get by signing up for emails. Still does not get me the same price. As much as I love George Jensen and there product I won’t order through their site again and I won’t advise anyone else

Trash customer service and misleading website regarding delivery

Trash customer service and misleading website regarding "next day delivery to metro areas". Ordered on Monday and paid extra for express metro delivery - it's now Friday and item still not delivered. Contacted customer service and the snotty woman on the phone palmed off the blame to Australia Post (even though that's Georg Jensen's business partner and they take your money for the postage). The necklace I ordered has now missed my girlfriend's birthday (yesterday) and I'll be following up with Office of Fair Trading regarding Georg Jensen's misleading website to try and prevent this happening to other people.

Caution! Faulty items will cost YOU to return them.

I ordered a gift for my wife to celebrate our anniversary. The item arrived damaged, not from transit, but obviously the item was damaged when it was boxed. This does not speak well of their quality assurance procedures. At first I sought an exchange but the returns label has never arrived and the anniversary has now passed. By now I felt that returning the item was my only option. However, shipping for a refund costs £9.99! Seems like a fraudulent business model to me! Ship a faulty item then charge the customer to return it, rinse and repeat! Not sure what to do now...

Memorable experience at the Smithy and the Flagship store in Copenhagen

I feel compelled to write a review to thank Georg Jensen staff for a marvellous day and experience at the Smithy, and the Falgship store in Copenhagen.

We had wonderful experiences, first visiting the Smithy and meeting the talented silversmiths, then buying our daughter's 21st birthday present.

As many have said, GJ have wonderful designs. These can be explored, and discovered at the SMithy, and in the flagship store.

What made our visit so memorable was the care and planning that the whole team gave to make our visit special. They were charming and hosted us with great care and empathy. I am sure we weren't the largest purchase that day - or the smartest group. We were just made to feel welcome, at home, which helped us create a shared memory for a 21st birthday.

Just call ahead!

Item was not as described. Ridiculous postage charge

Item was not as described. Took 1 week to despatch, after being told 24-48 hours. Charged $15 postage when the service they used cost them $7.51. Good operations don’t make money from postage like this.

All we wanted was a new polyurethane strap for our keyring
Strap costs £7.00 Whic
h is a bit steep for polyurethane Then the minimum transport cost is £10 So we are now looking at £17 for the strap
I have emailed GJ 3 times with no reply
