This site may not be a legitimate online store. I made a purchase for an item apparently available to arrive within a week. After two weeks I used their online chat with no response, so attempted to find their contact details to email directly, again with no reply - after finding them on eBay using the same name, products, and address, I messaged them there but they suggested they were not "that person." I then received an email back from the online store via the Shopify system claiming the item had been "delivered" when it hadn't and the Shopify system even shows it hasn't. I've had to contact my bank to claw back the payment I made. I can't recall ever writing a bad review but this has been so disappointing and unnecessarily stressful, with no apologies, accountability, or even basic communication skills I feel compelled to submit this report.
