I got a dress (Siracusa Black animal satin) and a jacket (Kay Bluette) and i am very happy with the service, delivery was a little longer than expected but it was to Switzerland so it got stuck in customs for a few days but this is hard to avoid with the Swiss customs. They both fitted perfectly so have not experienced the return of an item. Over all would recommend as the kay jacket is fab and doesn't crease even squashed up in a suitcase.
