Terrible bar service had two menus with different prices charged us for the more expensive bar one . Waited ages for the food no cutlery no one at the bar to serve very disappointed the games were fun but everything else was very sub par

Not worth not even one star. Long wait on customer service, alot of "bugs" in the online website. For exemple had a win and the game got frozen not acording the win, after contacting the staff on chat they gived me back just the bet for that hand not the winning. So its a straight NO. Oh and by the way they are giving "free" spins if you leave a review here lol they can keep it.

Unprofessional stuff. They migrated the accounts and after that I wasn't able to login and access my funds.

I contacted them multiple times, they asked me to verify my account although it was verified, after told me that I was blocked when I wasn't.

After long discussions over 3 months they apologized that were wrong and asked me to open a new account so that they will move everything from the old account to the new one.

It was such a big pain and so much time consuming.

Avoid this casino at all costs. I had made several deposits and when I tried to withdraw, they wanted proof of ID and debit card. Fair enough, so I sent it to them. They came back that the front of the card was not accepted and had to be resent. So, I took another photo and re-sent it. They came back saying it was a duplicate of the file I sent previously !! So, I retook another photo again and resent. Guess what, came the same comment, that it was a duplicate. It seems they do not want you to withdraw. On further checking, they are based in Malta. So guys, please do not waste time with this casino as there are plenty on online casinos based in Malta that went bust and their licenses revoked, like Smartlive Casino...remember them?

I had an account rightfully containing over £4000, I tried to withdraw and I had my account wiped and was sent £250 to my PayPal.

Iv tried to contact genting multiple times to no success.

What is happening?

Stay away from them. I wish I had red the reviews before I joined their all true. I have managed to get a number for UK head office evan they can't believe how myself and others are being ripped off they have been trying to help. But evan they are having trouble in getting the correct person from their on line team .

I used the original GentingBet site for a year or so with no problems. Recently they switched to a new site, and said I could just move over. As soon as I logged into the new site I got restricted from promotions instantly after my first deposit. Not a great experience for a loyal customer.

As of the date of this review, they are also withholding my money that I deposited until I send them documents. Despite the fact that I already verified with them previously on their old platform. So the promise of a seamless switch over was a lie.

This site has to be the biggest scam ever, deposited 500 into my account and I was given a starters bonus, played live roulette and had a win of 2780, when I went to withdraw because I had an active bonus I had to work up 1500 points that could only be used on slots. Long story short I had to play slots and lose over 1500 to be able to withdraw my balance

Well what can I say but that this site needs to be investigated. Something not right, not right at all...

I was on the gentingbet casino site up until 23/08/21 then the site closed for improvementsfor 2 days . It then became genting casino.I Could not play contacted customer support (BIG JOKE) On this site I had previously self excluded. Wanted me to sign a waiver also fill in gambler aware form.
So I thought I would withdraw my balance, couldn’t do that until I proved that I was not money laundering uploading driving licence bank statement.
Still I am having the run around by customer support
If you’re expecting an reply from customer support within a hour that would be a miracle

SHOCKING.

For an established casino they treat their customers with real contempt.
After being a member for three years in fairness I've not so much bad play time or bad wins over time as the shocking lack of understanding of the customer services who cannot even spell my name correctly.
As other reviewers expressed, the new look was hopeful?? But what a s**t show that turned out to be; game glitches, weird stuff happening to the screen when depositing emails from customer services that weren't applicable to me.... really dumb stuff. Then yesterday someone decided to close my account with no warning and no explanation!!!
Gosh abrupt and rude..
Maybe they need to review the type of customers that they have playing in their land based Casinos and their source of income instead of making other people feel criminalized.. Very weird set up.

New customers, be prepared for weird and hard work. Sad.

I tried this site again after there new launch, although it’s even worse than before!! The games kept freezing unable to see the results of my bets!! Bets kept declining missing winning bets!! The balance was out of sync!! There was no one on live support to assist.

I've played slot games on many sites over the years and thought I would give these a go. I can genuinely say this is the worst gambling site out there. I've deposited over £500 over 6 sessions and my balance has not reached anymore than my initial deposit. My partner joined and then after he read reviews and let's just say he was apprehensive to say the least!!
He needed to be verified before depositing . Which I think is a great policy
The verification was done within the hour
He deposited £20 and quickly won and got to £90 so he decided to at least ttake his investment out and test the withdrawal waters
It was in his account within 5 minutes ! No joke
He continued with the £70 remaining which quickly turned into £150
He withdrew £80 at 23.12pm
My partner and I joked of wondering how quick it would be and timed it,
It was in my partners account by 23.13pm 1 minute !
Hes had a couple of chats with live chat because his welcome bonus hadn't credited . They sorted it within minutes and were very polite and professional
So I'm writing this review just so people can see there are good experiences too .

No stars if I could. Payouts are terrible, a rep will reply about volatility, ignore them. I've tried a lot of different games this morning and nothing, don't waste your time, the RTP is nowhere near what they say. AVOID and again ignore any reply a rep puts on here.

Won on this site but funny enough the card I’ve used to deposit they claim they can’t pay my winnings.
On top of that they’ve asked for proof of identity provided. Proof of address provided front and back of my card. Then my statements and other stuff.
Now it’s I can’t use that card because they think it’s a business card yet you been taking my deposits the moment I’ve won.

I really don't recommend this site to anyone.As bad as they are it's hard to describe.Rigged games and scamming you all the time.Had twice a bonus on Book of Dead not even one symbol expansion and every spin only two symbols on the screen which normally expand.Thats the worst site I played.Games catching errors because fake reason of loosing connection where in a second site refresh perfectly.I really recommend to avoid this site.
