However i asked how you can deposit without verification just a generated response to that issue all gambling sites should ask for verification before are able to gamble. I asked three times when the money would hit be your account tomorrow does it take them three days to take the money and review your deposit no. Shocking customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE SCAM.

I have enjoyed this site, it is one of the only sites that limits the amount you can spend which I think is admirable… I went a few months with little to no wins. However I play a slot with a progressive jackpot, last night I won 4400!! I spoke with Daniela I’m sorry I think that was her name, she assured me that it takes a few more days because of the amount, I have won 16 thousand pounds on the same game with virgin games and was paid within 12 hours no issues, hopefully this will be the same as I really enjoy the site ! On weekends, the service runs at a smaller scale for now, so some requests may take up to the first available business day, but our teams still push to release funds as promptly as possible.
We are also in the process of rolling out internal updates that will “supercharge” this part of the service. The aim is to cut down waiting times and make payouts more consistent, no matter which method you use or what day it is.

As I added to me experience to these I'm currently still waiting on my payout its getting ridiculous now I never experienced a problem like this before I've never experienced anything like it
It was very frustrating in getting all these documents sent just to have my account validated.to recieve my winnings funds I was not happy at all that I had to do all of this just to recieve my winnings but we got there in the end I just hope now they process what I'm owed and should all be good after I hope I won't.need to do this again in the future as it would be very frustrating
