This is a fake company shipping fake products.

I ordered from this company in June 11. When it didn't arrive after a month I asked for a refund. They sent me an R&C #, refund number but have refunded my money. I will never do business with this company and I suggest no one else should. I wouldn't even give half a star.

GenieMania does deserve a zero star rating in my opinion! I had never heard of this company till I seen them advertising products on Facebook. GenieMania is fraudulent company and their only purpose is to scam customers! I ordered what I thought was this metal circle drafting tool. The add showed this beautiful metal drafting tool that expands as you turn it to make different size circles. I ordered this 3 months ago. It finally arrived today. I opened the package to find that all I got for around €30.00 euros that does nothing like what the ad said it would! The writing on the outside of the package indicates it came from China. It does not expand at all as shown in the ad on their site. DONT BUY FROM THEM

Items ordered in April finally arrived early July from China. Delay blamed on COVID. Poorly packed. Mainly wanted the two fluffy moving balls for our dog as they looked fun. However, they are of hard plastic, of poor quality and described on box as a robot cleaner! So definitely not as described. Need to insert a battery (not included). Very difficult to open (only managed one) and found a complicated mechanism inside. No instructions. When closed unable to reopen.
The windscreen sun/snow protector does not fully cover the windscreen is not magnetic, of poor quality, secured by just two small suckers so has to be trapped in front doors.
The vacuum cleaner small space attachment is of poor quality not made of flexible filaments but rather narrow plastic straws.
The transparent sticky tape works.
Response from customer services about delay was quick. They offered a refund if I return items to China within 7 days (not joking) and I have to pay courier fees. Do NOT recommend wasting your time or money buying from this company.

It’s the absolute worst product for painting. The advertisement is a “total” lie. The stick broke off, the cap fell off and paint got all over the carpet. Please review YouTube videos and read all reviews before you even think about purchasing this product. Waste of $37. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Give the GENIE cross over BRA a miss... NO SUPPORT WHATSOEVER. THE CROSSOVRS ARE STRETCHY AND DO NOT STAY IN PLACE BUT SLIP UNDER THE BREAST THEY ALSO PULL THE BRA AWAY AT THE SIDE. THE STRAPS NOT ADJUSTABLE EITHER.
TOO ABOUT 12 WEEKS TO ARRIVE AND ONLY GIVE YOU 7 DAYS TO RETURN.

SCAM Do not order from them! I ordered on April 15,2020 and after multiple contacts regarding where my order was and being told no refunds and it's in transit and blaming slow transit on Covid....all excuses...it finally showed up on my doorstep after threatening to report them to BBB...it showed up today 7/23/2020. The box is all banged up and it's all in Chinese. Order American and from reputable companies....first time I ordered from a pin I saw on Pinterest. Definitely learned my lesson. Buyer beware.

Took 6 weeks to arrive, they did the old "BAIT & SWITCH ". SENT cheap replacement. SCAM

I wish i had seen these posts before i ordered from them. I ordered a Circle maker on Jun 12, 2020. After waiting 3 weeks, I put in a refund request via PayPal. Genia mania responded that the product is in transit and I should receive it in a week.
I decided to trust them and just wait.
Now it is July 18, and still no product. If you go to their web site and try to track the order, it says "Order not found"... I have the receipt.
Paypal won't reopen the case, and I am out the money!
This is a corrupt Chinese company!! Don't buy from them!

Finally received the leg support legging!! Finally, it took forever! On the package it says.. they seem little but they will stretch!! They look like a little girls size 6.. if you think I can cover my legs with that they you are very misleading with your product!! I was going to return them, but why risk getting another bad product!! and they will not refund all your money. Do not buy from them. Not worth it!!

I waited 10 weeks for a dog bed from CA. I moved and changed address during this period of time. Live in CT and moved 1 mile away, my order was shipped to various states in the NE. Absolutely no help with customer service! My dog has since passed and this dog bed is worth about $2.00. Worst purchase ever!

This site claims to sells name brand items at a good price, pesters you to add just a few more things to your cart while you're waiting for delivery.... then ends up taking week and weeks and weeks to arrive. They did a bait-and-switch of an item that they advertised as being a genuine IRIS circle drawing tool, and sent me a cheap knock-off version that doesn't work, that you can get a Walmart for $19.99!!! This website is absolutely horrible. Don't fall for it!

I ordered a blow dryer I waited six weeks to get this product and when I received it in Canada I discovered it is not compatible for 110 volt outlet. Even the plug is different. I checked into getting a converter and discovered that it cannot be converted from 220 to 110. So this product is only usable in Asia or UK etc. When I complained to the company they said it was to late to return this product even though them sending me a 220 volt appliance that does not work in Canada was their fault and not mine. There order site does not mention anything about the voltage DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Frustrating experience won’t buy from them again. Bought a dog nail grinder. Took 6 weeks to arrive and once it did it was missing a piece. I have been working with customer service for 3 weeks trying to resolve. It’s beyond ridiculous. Refund my money or send me the piece I’m missing.

The writing on the outside of the package indicates it came from China. It does not expand at all as shown in the ad on their website, and on Pinterest. I originally seen this advertised on Pinterest, so I feel that Pinterest is allowing or enabling companies like this to rip people off. SHAME on Pinterest!! Of course when you try to contact Pinterest they dont have a way to email or call them! This worthless piece of crap that I paid $30.00 dollars for would sell for maybe $2.00 dollars at a grocery store under the section that sells pens and notebooks. If there was a way to take a photo of what I thought I was buying versus what I actually received you would be absolutely shocked! I contacted my bank and have made a formal complaint with them regarding this and they have refunded me back my money. My hope is that the bank will investigate them!

Beware "Bait and Switch" tactics. I ordered a $60 drawing tool and weeks later received a very cheap knock-off imitation of the tool they advertised. It doesn't work at all. I was robbed, don't trust them.

Scam.

This company delivers from china directly, and it arrives after 2 months. The product breaks after first time use. They claim they have a policy for 100% money back Garantie, but then they refuse to send the money or product back when the product brakes within the 30 days of validity for this policy.

Is a scam, stay away from them, for your own sake.
