SCAM BUSINESS AVOID

SCAM BUSINESS AVOID
This company appears to be legit but it is not.

Company director Yip Him Shun, should be ashamed of himself. Still has other businesses and his LinkedIn profile appearing to be a ‘professional’. Basically used the Sanderson James name as a front business, acted as a letting agent, took deposit money and rent from tenants and pocked all the money.

You can search all his associated businesses on companies house and his LinkedIn profile by searching the director name.

Do not use this property agency

Do not use this property agency! They gather more than 20 people for group viewing and the agent didn't show up or let anyone know what's going on! We were all waiting in freezing cold for whole 40 mins!!!!! in the end the rearranged to view it again 2 days after, the agent was late for 20 mins AGAIN!!!!!! With NO apology !!! Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional work ethic!!!! Avoid !!!!!!!!!
