Absolutely terrible. Didn’t receive my package

Absolutely terrible! Just incompetent people, both from customer service and the delivery service. I made an order that was split into 2 packages. 1 arrived with no problems, the seconds packaged, however, was delivered to someone else who claimed to live with me. They didn’t ring my bell, didn’t call me, probably didnt even deliver it in the correct street. This is an extremely expensive item. Will make sure to never have any item delivered by them. Beware!!
