I had a great experience here, and I'm very happy with my order. Sam and his team communicated well and politely with me, and I will definitely order from here again!

I placed my order on 7th April and received it (in Europe, with unpaid import tax) on 25th April. I had a brief email exchange with Sam on 10th April when he informed me that the Pulled Czochralski Ruby i ordered was not available in current stock in a baguette cut, but they had one in emerald cut if I would like that instead. This was totally fine for my purposes (i also assumed that the order would take longer if they had to create and cut the ruby, but i never asked this).

The gemstones arrived carefully packed and undamaged. The quality of the rubies and moissanites was excellent, and I'm very happy with them! I also ordered hydrothermal rubies just as a comparison with the pulled rubies and I think for the purpose of turning them into jewellery there is no difference in quality to the naked eye. The moissanites (5mmx5mm square cut) came with GRA certificates+warranty cards, and were excellent quality overall.

I would highly recommend this store to anyone interested in gems!

I love the quality gem stones purchased. The ordering process is straight forward and the selection is outstanding. The only issue I encountered was a delay in delivery and this is related to the Country the product is being ordered from and not the business itself. I made an inquiry about the purchase and Sam was great in communicating the status of the order and provided tracking for me. Shipping international can have its challenges, but the wait was well worth it. Beautiful quality stones that I cannot wait to use in my jewelry. I am looking forward to making another purchase soon. I bought an aquamarine stone, it arrived in less than 10 days to Australia. It’s hard to get loose stones in Australia, to make a custom made ring. The stone I ordered was beautiful and even the jeweller commented that it is high quality.

They were always available to communicate via email. The products are amazing and I will buy again from them <3

As a jeweler this doesn't happen to me very often, but I was genuinely excited to place my first order because so many of their products looked amazing and were so far behind. I decided to buy some lab gems, a alexandrite and a tourmaline and they are really pretty. I choose the cheapest delivery and it took about 3 weeks, after some while I hadn't received the tracking information and decided to send an email. Sam replied really quick and was helpful, I got send updates about customs and pick up at te post office. So the customer service is really good. I would definitely buy again.

I have been buying the lab made items for many years and have always found Sam to be easy and old fashioned in business. With living in Thailand I pay by bank transfer and then I get the stones. It's that easy.
With the latest order, the wrong stone was sent so I returned it, sent the tracking and the correct one was received a few days later.

I ordered 3 very large, custom cut Moissanite stones from Gemsngems. The gems arrived damaged with chips in them. They were all packed together directly touching each other. I contacted Sam and sent him closeup photos. He rectified this situation by remaking the gems, they arrived in perfect condition, all very well packaged in individual padded containers. How a seller corrects an issue says a lot about them; I would buy from Gemsngems again.

I bought a 5x5 mm synthetic emerald labeled as ”flux grown”. Shipping was fast and communications excellent. The product was not exactly as described - It’s a synthetic emerald showing clear signs of being produced by the hydrothermal method, not flux grown.

They went above and beyond for my order (a ring and earrings). Great to get the CAD files as well so you can verify that what they're describing matches your expectations, and amazing followup.

Authentic gems (rubies, emerald, peridot) from them are so wonderful to have. I did 4 tests and they passed them all: Electric Conductivity, Hardness, Scratch, and UV. Knowing these guys are the real deal is comforting.

I'm excited to buy more. I highly recommend them.
