I can't fault Gem Sampling. Thank you for the free samples—they're always appreciated by both our clients and staff and bring a little excitement to the day. The team's communication is consistently excellent, making the whole experience seamless. Highly recommended!

WALMART BEAUTY BOXES HIRED THEM TO FULFIL THEIR BEAUTY BOXES AND SHIP THEM. THEY WAS USING THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICES TO DELIVER THEM AND I WOULD GET THEM PLACED INTO MY MAIL BOX. BUT THEY STARTED USING THEM. AND IT'S WAS A BAD MOVE FROM WALMART. I NEVER RECEIVED MY 5 BEAUTY BOXES AT MY DOOR. THE GEMS SAMPLING AGENT KEPT LYING SAYING MY PACKAGES WERE DELIVERED. AND SENT ME THE PICTURES OF THEM BEING DELIVERED TO UNKNOWN PLACES. ONE AT THE ENTRANCE OF MANY OF THE BUILDINGS WHERE I LIVED. WHICH ENTRANCE IT WAS LEFT AT ON THE GROUND I DO NOT KNOW. WHAT MAKES IT WORSER IS MANY DOGS TRAVEL BACK AND FORTH AT THE ENTRANCES AND URINE DOG HAIRS AND BUGS ARE ON THE GROUND. GEMS SAMPLING DO NOT SEAL THE BEAUTY BOXES IN PLASTIC WRAP WHICH WAS A PLUS THAT ENSURED NO TAMPERING OF PRODUCTS AND ENSURED BUGS FROM ENTERING THE BOXES BECAUSE THEY HAVE SPACES THAT BUGS CAN FIT INTO. WALMART BEFORE HIRING THEM ALWAYS PUT SEALED THE PRODUCTS WITH PLASTIC WRAP TO ENSURE SAFTEY FIRST AT ALL COST OF THEIR COMPANY FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. GEMS SAMPLING DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER JUST THEIR WALLETS. SO ONE OF MY PACKAGES WAS LEFT AT AN UNKNOWN ENTRANCE OF THE SEVERAL ENTRANCES. AND THE PICTURES SHOWED ANOTHER ONE LEFT SOMEWHERE UNKNOWN. SURELY NOT THE DOOR OF THE APARTMENT WHERE I LIVED OR NOT IN THE RENT OFFICE. HOWEVER, THE RENT OFFICE STAFF WENT SEARCHING FOR THE PACKAGES. LOCATED ONE THAT WAS LEFT AT THE ENTRANCE ON THE GROUND. I EXTREMELY UNHAPPY ABOUT IT. $44 DOLLARS WASTED AND NO REPLACEMENT AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO RECOVER MY MONEY OR REPLACEMENTS. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXTREMELY AWEFUL. THE SHIPMENT WAS PLACED AT THE END OF NOVEMBER. I TOLD THEM THE LIPGLOSS WAS NOT SEALED BUT TAMPERED WITH FROM THE BOX THEY FOUND ON THE GROUND. WHAT I DO NOT UNDERSTAND IS..WHY THE DELIVERY DRIVERS NEVER CONTACTED ME BEING THAT MY NUMBER WAS LISTED UNDER THE ACCOUNT. From:

Very healthy products conveniently delivery to our door!! Very convenient, a wide variety for all tastes!!

Myself and my colleague enjoy receiving samples from Gems, it brightens up our days when we get little treats to share. Any problems and they are sorted out quickly.
I recommend joining and receiving some treats from them it will brighten your day and get colleagues talking to each other, about other things than work.

What a Gem, Gems sampling are always treating us to something tasty or just new to us! Often surprising us with a unexpected goodies. This made our Occupiers days receiving a treat.

At F45 Training Canary Wharf Millharbour, over 200 members had the opportunity to try the Liquid IV hydration sachets. The samples, provided by Gems, were a hit among everyone, adding the perfect boost to their workouts by keeping them energised and hydrated.

ALWAYS RECIEVE GOOD SAMPLES

The efficiency of delivering the product and the product itself. The RD&E hospital , have a workforce of over 16000 staff so to receive free samples to distribute to the staff has been amazing and hopefully, will encourage them to buy the product and increase sales for the company.
