Really surprised to see negative reviews on here. I’ve ordered multiple times - their tubing system has been a game changer for me as the waters I fish are mainly tubing only. Products are high quality and well made…I’ve only had to call customer service once after an order and the phone was answered within two rings and question regarding order answered immediately. Delivery always fast and products really packaged

Products i thought were good but tidy stems snapped with simple blood knot on 3 x fish and lost stem tubing lead the lot. Wesley responded initially to my complaint and now all gone quiet. No response to last 5 x emails. Customer service seems poor. Not happy as out of pocket!

Im so shocked to see these reviews as ive used gemini a lot and never had a problem until now, ordered a couple of items at the end of July but when the came I realised I'd ordered the wrong ones so I emailed them, I had a reply from "Wesley" and he told me to return them with a note with my details and what I wanted to exchange for which I did.
Numerous emails later no replies and dont answer the phone I am now out of pocket....will think twice before I use this company again!!

Got my order within 2days great that’s where the problems started order was wrong and no way to make contact the don’t answer their phones or emails will be pulling my payment as can’t make contact with them to get order sorted

Very poor service I placed 2 orders and have not received anything tried phoning messaging and emailing the company but no answer avoid at all costs

Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews for gemini tackle before I ordered. 2 weeks passed without the items arriving. No emails were answered and after a great deal of trouble I managed to get hold of someone who's reply was simply....sorry, I'll sort a refund.
Absolutely unacceptable as the items ordered 3 weeks in advance were for a birthday gift and I had a very disappointed son. Awful company and its caused me to never use their products again.

Just got back into Carp fishing after a lengthy break & when I started reviewing all the new & popular equipment I decided to try Gemini Tackle as their website demonstrates the benefits of their products……
Received my first order in secure & professional packaging with handy instructions of how to utilise the products.
Would highly recommend this company & their products

Should have read this before I ordered ! 3 calls and 2 emails later and just a simple “we will refund you” after promise after promise to get stuff out, pity as the gear is top notch but the customer services seems like it doesn’t match the product :-(

Beware of this company! I ordered custom carp booms and wafters from them. Unable to contact them after several attempts about items that never arrived. Had to be refunded by my bank to get my money back. No customers service at all.

I have now ordered a few times from this company and can honestly say they are extremely good orders are always correct and received very quickly,
I highly recommend Gemini Tackle.

I put in an order and then decided to add to it and asked if the could add it, I was told it was to late.
They did sort me out and they responded to all my emails. I have purchased before and the items are of very goos quality and will buy again.

Extremely poor customer service in fact its not non existent unless you have a question before purchase, order didn’t arrive and this company completely ignored all attempts of communication, I am still trying to get a refund 20 days later

I ordered a variety of rigs from here and I've used them before without issue. I otdered them all in size 6 but one arrived size 8. I contacted the company twice but they blanked me. Very disappointing as the quality of goods is of a good quality.
